Get in line, ho.

When the show started, I liked David - the second week or so I started to think he was annoying - but this week I've gone back to liking him and staying there. Majority of the housemates are being so rude towards him even when he is trying his hardest to make things well.

Btw I know this photo has been posted, but this is my fv photo of him without the beard lol ;) I knew he was attractive from day 1 ha.

Growing up (and hell he still does it now if he gets to he chance) David was always giving my sister and I hypothetical scenarios where neither outcome was ideal. His fave was asking us which of our 2 dogs we would save if there was a fire and we could only save one.
If you actual stop and think about what he is asking you it's actually a very clever way of working out how you think. I have done numerous tests for jobs over the years where they give you 2 scenarios and ask you to pick the right one and justify it. Thing is there is no right and wrong, it's about being able to justify your answer and stand by it when questioned. Asking Aisha to pick between her mum and dad could very well have given David an insight into wether she was a mummy's girl or a daddy girl. That would then allow him some insight in how best to get to know her.
I think BB was a bit easy on Aisha for allowing the fact that that question upset her and that's why she was voting for him.

Hopefully you will all vote to save David and Sandra otherwise we will have no entertainment next week!

I'm a big David fan. However, that choice is reminiscent of Sophie's Choice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sophie's_Choice_(novel)). It's not a kind hypothetical and certainly not a kind reality. It could give you night terrors for the rest of your life about your choice, which is not a real choice and can never be justified. It's just a cruelty.

That thing he said about his parents marriage was stellar but Im a shade cynical and I thought he was BS but he is a tryhard hipster and that screams conforming to non conforming. To me its non rock peeps rockin skinny jeans. In saying that I guess Im a hypocrite so yeah I should give him a go. must be getting old

I think it was good because the HMs lack of support and disdain for him at that dinner has won over a lot of people on FB and Twitter. Sandra and Travis are copping a beating.
I have no problem with Travis.

Although it wasn't clear with the chopped editing we got from BB, but I think David went in setting it up as wanting feedback. But the way he presented it was moreso like he was a victim and wanted them to change.

I agree with Travis in questioning what he expects the outcome to be. Like, are you here telling us to stop behaving in x way, or are you looking for feedback? Because I think David seemed very mixed in what he wanted.

I think it was more that Travis stood up as though he were some king of the house when addressing David and then outside said how he wouldn't change to please anyone but then turns around and says David should to please the girls. And how the other HMs wouldn't even look him in the eye when he was talking but were quick to interrupt him anyway. One of the main differences I've noticed since moving here - and one I love - is how quick Aussies are to call out bullshit and rally around the underdog. I had suspected that Travis would have the teen girl support but that's not the case. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if him and Cat were the least saved this week.

Problem is that Dave's increase in popularity has coincided with Sandra's dropping and they're a package deal. I'm happy to vote for them both but if it keeps David safe.
That's true but... FB also has put up this:

Sandra's beard fear?

And you know how some love the idea of a romance happening in the house so this might actually work in their favour if the comments are anything to go by.

David would not class himself as a hipster but it's the role BB are trying to make him portray. David has style but he is also fine hanging out in board shorts and thongs. It's the beard that clearly defines him as the hipster and without it we can clearly see he is a different guy!

Would you agree his inner (survival instinct0 had kicked the Harley off the stand? ie he is critical thinking o"ok Im in deep shit here ok plan b be the shitstirrer I watched him closely and the glint is a (I am pushing this) do or die.

Don't want romance getting in the way.
Would love though for Sandra to get him more so they can gave some fun, stirring banter.
Tbh one of my best friends I hated first up till I saw who they were and appreciated their humour so I hope Dave has time to grow on people.
For me he's been the one I want most to stay at this point in time.
