Evil Dick seems to think sequester won't begin till the end of the month at the earliest and it'll air from late August through to November, and with the situation as it is in the US at the moment I think that seems more likely.
It is likely why they're holding off announcing anything. I think their priority now is getting the pre-season prep sorted and the house finished and then when they are good to go they can get up and running quite quickly.
They haven't finished the first one yet.
Looks like California is largely shutting down again, so suspect things will be on hold once again.
If BBUS goes ahead they'll quarantine the crew as well. Indeed I think the houseguests will get the better deal as the crew will be in RVs outside the house.
