Oh I’m happy with that length. By around that time BB25 was starting to get really stale so I’m pleased with 89 days.

I’m definitely in the minority when it comes to preference of season length. As much as I am well aware of how a bloated season makes the gameplay stale, I do also love escaping into big brother for as long as possible. 12 weeks is a good spot.

I’m currently in Europe and don’t come back until mid September so I’m glad I’ll be able to come back home and catch the feeds at the jury stage, since last year I missed 7 weeks of feeds from travelling overseas.

I’m getting super hyped for this!
 
89 days is only a week longer than the early seasons were but IDK these modern season seem way too sluggish for my liking.

I guess it will be largely dependant on the cast and how fluid they make the end game. I remember watching BB16 live but got really disinterested as Derrick continuously steamrolled and many of my favourties at the time were being evicted. Then in BB17 I just couldn't manage to finish it myself and never bothered with BBUS again until covid. But even so, BB23 became a bit too predictable for me so I just googled the final weeks, and BB24 I never watched because the treatment of Taylor was disgusting. BB25 is the only season that I watched live all the way through, but I think Cirie is very much to thank for that. We shall see how this goes.
 
Funny that it used to be in the early seasons that the first few weeks were often pretty predictable and the endgame was chaotic/more fluid as the stakes were higher and players were more inclined to act in their own interests. Modern seasons are almost the exact opposite.

After this season I will probably cancel my paramount plus subscription now. I did not seriously go through all that effort to bypass the geo blocking just for it to be for no benefit
