BBUK returns Sun 8 Oct 2023 (and Celeb BB back in 2024)

Fk, I already dislike Olivia.
She is just...gross.
Now they are giving her an easy life line.
I will laugh if she is voted least entertaining...that will blow her head up.

I have no favourites yet....I think all of them will bring something good. Chubby guy will be interesting though if he keeps upsetting privalidged skinny white girl

So far he's not annoyed me. The music has though.

Despite my criticism a solid 8/10 for the launch Most worrying is the BB Aus style characterisation of BB - BBUK was always unique really in how they approached the character with a bit of humour and personality, but still strongly authoritive. That feels a little bit lost.


Late and Live is as pointless as I feared - teased us with a bit of live footage of a hot tub party then cut to random nobodies giving their opinions nobody is interested in instead.

I kinda figured that would be the case (haven't watched anything yet). When they said the eviction interviews would be happening on L&L rather than the main show, I guessed it was to try and give the show a purpose for existing rather than just being a BotS clone.

Will give it a go for Launch night, but I'll probably end up ignoring it except for eviction nights like I did for BotS as well.

It wouldn't be so bad if they'd left it's debut till tomorrow to give them more to work with. Viewers don't know the HMs well enough yet to care what people think of them.

Once or twice a week would have been fine.


P.S. Was confirmed the prize remains at £100k.
