lol - When the majority of people are watching News and "current affairs" shows that cater to simplistic, insular and narrow-minded views then it's easy to see why the majority of people voted for politicians who espouse those same simplistic, insular and narrow-minded views. Even a C-grade slow stutterer like Abbott must be amazed at how simple it is to direct Australia's views.

The X Factor Grand Final is on tonight, remember. That ought to get a national audience of over 2 million viewers.
If Nine gets a decent 2nd place in that timeslot for Big Brother, they will be doing well.
Like it or not, Cat/Lawson are their ace in the pack, so of course they will keep promoting all that for as long as either or both are still in the house.
