Is this what they call a slow death? Whatever spin some of you want to put on these numbers, they AREN'T good. Its sad, but Channel 9 seem to be nailing down the lid on Big Brother.
Yes sorry you are correct. Nine spent millions of dollars to run a show into the ground. Of course they purposefully want the show to die. They have absolutely nothing to gain from airing big brother. Is this what they call a slow death? Whatever spin some of you want to put on these numbers, they AREN'T good. *Throws hands in air* Yes yes, we get it.

look why is big brother so watered down?
Lack of commitment and money. They are happy to use BB as a filler programme following The Block. Big Brother used to be a big draw, stand alone programme, but what we are seeing now, reeks of poverty and confusion about what to do with it.
Yeah it's such a burden to have a show that is rating number one in its timeslot on many nights in 2 of the most important demos.

"It’s true to say that ratings for Big Brother have not repeated earlier success, but that doesn’t mean the show is necessarily a flop. By contrast, the amount of output generated by the cost is good value for money. It also continues to score well in the lucrative, younger demos."
Sunday night's actual numbers:
436,000 (down from 867,000)
25-54 #9
18-49 #7
16-39 #6
You must work for Ten or Seven.I still think you work in PR for Channel 9 or Endermol.
