Oh Me Oh My... Skye the love rat? Move over Lawson!

Is it a showmance or is this love? Skye and Leo have 'gone all the way' in the Big Brother Australia house

Sparks starting flying between Skye and Leo the moment the Canadian model entered the Big Brother Australia house.

And now, around 10 days later, a source has told Daily Mail Australia that the two have taken their relationship to the next level.

Speaking to DMA exclusively, the source confirmed that Skye, 20, and Leo, 31, have 'gone all the way' together in the Big Brother House.

Making moves: A source told Daily Mail Australia that Leo and Skye went 'all the way' in the Big Brother Australia house this week
Intimate: The pair were seen sharing a bed earlier in the week

Keen on him since the day he was announced as an intruder in the house, Skye was hurt by Leo on Tuesday after he shared a kiss with Sandra in the spa.

She confided in Travis, saying 'I like Leo, but he's just a typical muscly, good looking guy that is used to getting girl or female attention.'

Later in the same episode the 'typical muscly guy' told Trav and Ryan that if there was anyone in the house he'd like to sleep with, it'd be Skye.

'If something happened between me and Skye I want it to happen organically,' he also told Aisha.

Bachelor: On Tuesday's show Skye was hurt by Leo, who shared a kiss with Sandra in the spa

Moving on: Earlier in the competition she had a fling with Jake, who has since been evicted

The bubbly blonde barista first had a fling in the house with Jake, with the pair seen locking lips several times before his eviction.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last week, Jake said of Leo '[he] walked in [the Big Brother house] with his game face on and didn't want to spend a second with me...I had good relationships with Skye and Lisa and he just wanted to work out which girl he wanted to hook up with.'

Lisa, following her eviction, revealed to Daily Mail Australia that Leo was Skye's 'daytime boyfriend' though she would sleep in the same bed as Jake at night.

The blondie had a boyfriend before entering the house in bodybuilder Dion Sheppard.

'I can confirm we are, or should I say were in a relationship' the 23-year-old told Daily Mail Australia last month. He broke up with her after seeing her kiss with Jake in the Big Brother house.

Complicating matters: The blondie had a boyfriend before entering the house in bodybuilder Dion Sheppard, who told Daily Mail Australia he broke up with her following the kiss with Jake

Not quite BB, but for anyone who remembers 'House from Hell!' from the late 90s, Andrew Denton has revealed it as the biggest regret of his career due to its exploitation of contestants:

ANDREW Denton has revealed his Triple M game House from Hell!, which predated Big Brother, was the greatest shame of his career.

He said he quickly came to realise the competition that entrapped contestants was “a thoughtless, dangerous exploitation of human beings.”

“In my defence, we never went back there,” he said during a keynote speech at the Commercial Radio Australia Conference. But, he added, “If I’d been smart I would have formatted it!”.

Nine’s Karen Dewey and Endemol’s Alex Mavroidakis discuss production of BBAU

Who has a more senior rank? Endemol or Nine?

Nine's "Family Friendly" take

(what Nine class as drama). pfft

BB Brand damage.

The casting process. (diviciveness seems to work)

Dealing with criticism

Interesting hearing that podcast.
However I disagree with Karen and Alex that the show is not too sanitised. Trust me it is!!!!! They use the excuse that Ten managed to be family friendly at 7.00pm for years. How come Ten's daily shows and evictions seemed so more intelligent and like it was aimed at older viewers than the kiddies? Not this conservative Nine crap?

And ridiculous Karen saying she wants three year olds to watch Big Brother??? You gotta be freaking kidding me. This show should be aimed from teens to older adults. 10 years old shouldn't be their main target demographic either.

Also interesting Karen said "a viewer in Sydney probably holds rank". So they ARE aiming at the western Sydney fast food eating demographic. What about the rest of the country??? Guess everyone else doesn't exist. :bored:

I completely agree with everything you have said. How many interesting conversations and content have we missed out on because channel 9 are trying to make it family friendly?

Big brother was never meant to be for children anyway.

BB is not, and should not be a children's show. They're putting young adults in there with booze because they want smut and drama, yet they want it PG so preteens can watch it. It obviously does not work as both.

The amount of preteens that were at the eviction show was shocking. I'd say a large portion of the audience were parents with children.

If they screamed like those Beliebers idiots, I hope you wore ear plugs. Industrial deafness is a real problem, in those noisy, crowded situations. Different people have sued rock bands, or promoters for burst ear drums etc, because of the intense and over the top, noise.

'I love you': Lawson and Cat's adulterous relationship heats up on Big Brother with no regard for the magician's girlfriend on the outside
By Penelope Kilby for Daily Mail Australia

  • With just their secret Sanctuary rendezvous between them and the rest of Australia, on Monday night's episode of Big Brother, Cat and Lawson gave their housemates quite the passionate performance.

Just a day before they decided to give each other some space after the 23-year-old magician cheated on his girlfriend with the blonde midwife, unbeknownst to the others.

But less than 24 hours after putting their affections on the back-burner, the sexual tension between them was too much to bear.

Bad: With just their secret Sanctuary rendezvous between them and the rest of Australia, on Monday night's episode of Big Brother, Cat and Lawson gave their housemates quite the passionate performance

Lawson and Cat kiss and say 'I love you' on Big Brother

Cat confided in Skye, telling her that the separation was making her unhappy, while Lawson confessed to Aisha that the new boundaries were frustrating him.

The talk of the Big Brother house, Ryan went to the Diary Room to cheekily tell BB what he thinks.

In a message to Lawson's girlfriend Candice, he said: 'Lawson's my mate. but go out there and have some fun I say.'

Meanwhile, BB calls the adulterer to the Diary Room for a special mission.

'It's time for you do perform your greatest magic trick,' Big Brother told him.

Calling housemates to the garden, he tells them that they're expecting a special visitor to the compound.

Adulterer: Jason was disappointing in Lawson's actions, siding with his girlfriend, Candice: 'I disagree with what is happening and I can't even in the slightest encourage it. I can't condone cheating'

Cat got your tongue, Lawson? Jason walked in on the pair kissing passionately in the bedroom

After some magic words and pyrotechnics, Travis appeared on a makeshift stage wearing a dashing tuxedo.

Running into his arms, Aisha was in tears while the others look starstruck, 'Have youse missed me?' he asked.

Later on at a party held in Travis' honour, Sandra and David retreated to the BBQ to cook steaks, where the curly-haired blonde described her unease at his return: 'Now that Trav is back, it's the Skye and Travis show again.'

A delicious dinner and quite a few drinks later, the housemates began to lose their inhibitions - no more so than Lawson and Cat.

The boundaries were soon broken when Lawson went in for a public nuzzle of Cat's neck.

Not thinking about the consequences: The lovers couldn't help but embrace after confessing their love for each other

Knowing it would cause scandal in and outside the Big Brother house, Priya posed Lawson a cheeky questions in front of the other housemates: 'If you had a choice to choose between Candice or Cat right now, who would it be?'

'I would choose Cat, but we'll talk about that later,' he said.

'Do you want to kiss me right now?' Cat asked, receiving a big, 'yes'.

Cat retreated to the bedroom where she was soon joined by Lawson for another tedious chat about their 'feelings'.

Pulling him on top of her, things got deep instantly, 'I feel like I'm falling in love with you,' she said.

Wrong answer: Priya posed Lawson a cheeky questions in front of the other housemates: 'If you had a choice to choose between Candice or Cat right now, who would it be?'

Get a grip: Cat exposed her bare breasts to a much-younger Lawson before their bedroom romp

Before she could say anymore, the naughty boy gave her the most passionate kiss audiences have seen yet on the 2014 season of Big Brother.

It wasn't long before the cougar and the cheater exchanged three little words, 'I love you'.

Lawson went further: 'I wanted to tell you I love you but it's weird. Whatever happens after this, I wouldn't tell you that I love you if it wasn't 100 per cent real.'

Catching onto the bedroom shenanigans, Leo stuck his head into the bedroom to see what's going down.

Jason shortly followed, catching them mid-kiss.

After being caught for a third time, this time by Ryan, the lovers headed to bed - separately.

Together again! Running into his arms, Aisha was in tears while the others look starstruck, 'Have youse missed me?' he asked

The next morning, Jason headed up to the diary to let his feelings known: 'If I was Lawson's girlfriend, I'd be walking through these double doors and dragging him out of here,' he said.

'I disagree with what is happening and I can't even in the slightest encourage it. I can't condone cheating.'

It wasn't long before Lawson went to confess his since to Big Brother: 'I'm feeling like a bad person and I know that what I'm doing is wrong... I didn't expect or thing that I would fall for Cat. I'm going to struggle with the guilt.'

On Wednesday night's episode of Big Brother, fans said goodbye to a favourite.

In a shock to his housemates, lovable auctioneer, Jason walked after lovebirds Aisha and Travis forfeited $50,000 to leave the house.

As part of the tempting package, Travis and Aisha were sent to The Sanctuary for 24 hours to think about their proposition - and enjoy some romantic time alone.

Travis suggested they spend the first 23 enjoying the spoils of the secluded wing of the compound, and reserve the final hour making an 'intellectual' decision.

The other housemates have their fingers crossed that the lovers take the money and run - none more so than the remaining nominees, David, Jason and Priya.

Ryan tells Big Brother that he's unsure which path the pair will take, but did admit that he thought the money meant much more to Aisha: 'That's a big decision to be made. I think Trav's heart is in this game... and he seems to think he'll win, but I don't know if I believe that.'

To break up the gossip raging through the house, the week's task to form a band, film a video clip and perform live is about to come to an end.

The Caged Flamingos performed their single live - Nothing Can Stop Me Now - to a roaring audience.

Meanwhile, Skye predicted to Priya that David would leave come Wednesday's eviction night.

Smirking, Priya was pleased with her lapdog's answer.

In an emotional turn for the Big Brother house, intruder, Marina was informed of some tragic news.

She's left heart-broken when Big Brother calls her and Jason to the Diary Room, to tell her that her beloved dog, Gucci had passed away.

Retreating to the bedroom, Jason consoled her, even shedding tears of her own.

Then the time finally came for Aisha and Travis to make their tricky decision.

Crossing live for the decision, the house mates were still dressed in their performance attire.

Holding hands and beaming at each other, Travis said it would be 'a slap in the face to the Australian public', if they were to take the money.

Spotlight on Big Brother evictees
By David Knox on October 23, 2014

It’s time to go…
TV Tonight put 7 questions to 4 recent Big Brother evictees: Dion, Lisa, Jake and Katie.
Here’s a modified version of how they responded.
What was the best part of living in the Big Brother House?
DION: The challenges and tasks that challenged you as a person. There were things you would normally walk away from that you have to do. Obviously there were the people that you go to know (too) but it was the stuff that BB throws at you. That’s what you want to be in there for.
LISA: The relationships you have with people, you form such strong bonds. The experience was amazing but it’s also the people you take with you on the journey. It’s something most people don’t understand, it’s almost like a family.
JAKE: Not knowing what was next. It’s like if you knew the answer it wouldn’t be fun. So for me not having the control, I loved. Things are not always going to go your way but how you deal with them is what makes you.
KATIE: The unexpected twists and turns. We were on our toes the whole time, but winning the $10,000 was not too shabby.

What was the biggest surprise during your time?
Dion: How quickly people break and how quickly their minds turn into BB-mode, rather than losing touch with how they really are on the outside. People are cracking under small things that they wouldn’t normally crack under and it happened within the first week.
LISA: There were things about myself I didn’t realise were in me. There were personality traits people brought out in me: negative and positive. So I learned about myself. I’m probably more harsh and direct and confrontational than I knew I was.
JAKE: It was after I was evicted (learning about) the Lawson, Cat thing. I didn’t see them hooking up. I knew they had gone into sanctuary but I didn’t know anything happened and I spoke to both of them after they came out.
KATIE: The heightened emotions. It’s completely and utterly as you see. I watched the show for the first time last year and I thought ‘You’re crying about that?’ But I couldn’t believe how emotional things got in there.
What have been the questions media have been asking you?DION: Who do you think will win? There was a lot of talk about my dancing, because we don’t know what gets shown or how we are portrayed.

LISA: Questions about Leo, my relationship with Jake and Skye.
JAKE: The love triangle. My relationship with Tim and winner predictions.
KATIE: The ‘Queen Bee’ label I have been given and whether I am really a mean girl. To which I have answered ‘Absolutely not.’ And why am I walking on my tippy toes the whole time. I do it when I have no shoes on and my because of my dancing background!

How did you feel about the way Gemma’s eviction was staged?DION: We didn’t know it was a big thing until we came out. It was definitely not how we would have liked it. It was quite brutal to do it that way. But Gemma out of everyone was someone who knew the game the most. For her it was emotional because she didn’t want to leave. She was fine with it, she knew they would amplify things for ratings. Obviously BB wanted to make a spectacle of the first eviction. But it was very difficult to make it a schoolyard pick and for her maybe it was reminiscent of her past.

LISA: It was full on. To put 2 people that we have to choose to their face was quite confronting. We knew, and they knew, as soon as Jake and Gemma were up, exactly how it was going to play out. I guess you sign up for the bad and the good. But to go straight from there to the stage…
JAKE: For me it was mixed emotions. I knew Gemma was playing the game and part of the Big Brother game is something like that. I didn’t forsee that the housemates would have to stand behind us like a schoolyard. I thought it would be more like Survivor where you go up to the Diary Room and choose. I knew Gemma had struggled with that so I was really concerned for her.
KATIE: It felt awful, as soon as we were told how it was going to go down. Regardless of who was going to go, it was cruel and really hard for all of us. It was almost a pack mentality.
Would you ever do another Reality show?DION: For me it as a positive experience but it can be spun either way. I wasn’t really spun in a negative way so as long as I can stay who I am I would definitely do another one. Something like The Block, where you get to do more things. BB was a lot of sitting around and making your own entertainment.

LISA: Definitely. It was an experience I can never replicate with feelings and bonds I could never replicate. Would I have done it differently? I probably would have.
JAKE: 100%. I loved it. Anything that takes me away from the boring-ness of 9-5 student life is a massive win for me. I felt like Peter Pan in Neverland. A lost boy.
KATIE: 100%. It was amazing. Everything I had expected and more. It definitely shows a lot of our flaws but a journey of self-discovery.

Are you looking for a media career?
DION: I wasn’t but I’ve had a couple of offers. If it’s in my area of expertise, sure, but I didn’t come into this for a whole new career.
LISA: I wouldn’t want to be in front of the camera but if I could do something behind the scenes, or even something fashion-based that would be ideal.
JAKE: Possibly. But the media I would pursue is new media, social media. I don’t see television or radio as a platform I would gravitate towards. There’s not many jobs in those industries but there are loads in online video.
LISA: I wouldn’t say I’m looking for it, but I have a background in Acting. I’d love to get into Presenting or Hosting. But the chances are quite slim unless I work really hard for it. I’m not expecting it to fall into my lap, that’s for sure.
What’s the one thing going on in the House we don’t know about?DION: The amount of conversations that aren’t family-orientated. We’ll talk adult for about 20 hours of the day. Most of the time we say ‘This will never get shown because it’s too rude.’ There’s a lot of flatulence. And battery-changes.

LISA: Everyone sees Skye’s bubbly nature but that’s not who she is the majority of the time. You guys are not seeing the real Skye. She has terrible manners and she’s really hard to live with. Excuses are made for her because she’s 20 and she still lives at home, but that’s gotten old now.
JAKE: That Ryan is a housemate. He’s quite a big character in the House and he’s one of those people who is in every conversation.
KATIE: The cliques. There’s the older and younger and a split down the middle. While I was in there there were definitely 2 groups and I don’t think that’s shown very much.
Big Brother airs Monday-Thursday on Nine.

Omg, there's so much we are not seeing.

Fifty Shades of Sandra: Wardrobe malfunctions, nudity and erotic fiction! Big Brother evictee shares her naughty secrets

You've probably formed your own opinion on her based on what you've seen on TV, but we've discovered that there are many other sides to Sandra Nixon that didn't make it to Big Brother's daily shows.
"I got naked a lot," she revealed to TheFIX. "I was the only girl that showered nude and everything!"

While there is no longer an "uncut" or "after hours" version of the show, Sandra says that housemates are still left in the dark as to exactly how much of them is on show. During the broadcast of one particular live show, Sandra was sure that she'd unwittingly exposed herself to Australia.

"Sam went behind me and pulled my dress up over my head and I wasn't wearing any undies!" the 30-year-old laughed. "That was hilarious. We all thought everyone had just seen my butt on national TV, but obviously it didn't get shown."

Clearly not shy about getting her kit off, the retail manager from Wagga Wagga – who ironically sells underwear for a living – says that she "was always true to myself and a pretty real person in the house" right down to the (bare) bottom line. "I don't care, that's what I'm like on the outside as well. We've all got bodies," she added.

It's no secret that Sandra is a big fan of erotic fiction, having penned a particularly saucy story about an unforgettable elevator ride for the Big Brother Radio challenge, but that's just the tip of the iceberg for the aspiring author.

"I'm writing a book at the moment," she revealed, adding that she has immediate plans to reopen her romance blog An Afternoon of Possibilities. "It's something that I'm really passionate about," she said.

We can't wait to read the sequel to Going Down!
