Great movie. Paris is a hole though.
Latest movie I saw was The Pledge, which I taped last week. Who could have imagined the dope smoking dude from Ridgemont High would become such a sensitive an accomplished director? I'm going to see Into the Wild at the next opportunity I get.
The Pledge = 8/10
What is "Moonlight Movies?"

Sorry it is known as Moonlight Cinema. Basically movies in the park on a big screen and you hire beanbags and eat yummy food and it is great fun!
We try to go a couple of times a year.
Oh wow that sounds like cool fun. Is food catered or BYO?
Fun, but not if you are single or unattached
All My Friends are Leaving Brisbane
Well, I live in Brisbane, so I was ready to be indulgent if the movie was no good. But there is no need. The script is WICKED, ...Well worth catching
Into the Wild is a staggeringly beautiful movie.
The real story and the movie might not resemble each other much at the end, but the movie ending suits the movie perfectly.
Take hanky.
I watched Die Hard 4 last night. Love the Bruce.![]()
I haven't seen the movie (of course) but I read the books a couple of years ago, and while I wouldn't say that it was anti-god, it doesn't portray religious organisations in a particularly favourable light. However it's rather like the Narnia Books Aslan/Christ thing, you know it's there but it fits within the context of the story because it's in another world/realm etc.Nicole Kidman's new film "The Golden Compass" has been described
as "anti god" by the ever loud mouth catholic church

I'm looking forward to the film, will be seeing it because I very much liked the books.
However I haven't seen a decent film in ages, keep meaning to go and see Beowulf but can't seem to be able get there . I wanted to see that 'Rogue' about the crocodile (I love monster movies) but by the time I got around to it, it had finished. Oh well, waiting for the dvd lol.
