How disgusting. So much bias in that article.
agree. typical media.

...haha!... I thought that it would have some reactions to that article as you have both had... what a stitch up just to put out an article that needs to make a deadline... say any drivel you like just to earn your wage eh?... I said that there were 'humorous' parts in it not because of what Robert Moron (the author of the article) said in it but in the way that he has Channel 10 well and truly in his gunsights just to drag the Channel down... what he probably doesn't realise is that he's probably sending new viewers to the show just to see what he's slagging them off about... what a nuff nuff... cheers.

This forum is full of bad taste. Ali dislikers and Taylor Swift haters. What is wrong with you people?
Older people you mean, with different outlooks......
I like some fun in people, like Simone & Leah and more natural faces
And a good brain beats all.My theory is Leah is the only one there with a decent IQ, and that makes all the dopey boys run, architecture that she is studying is a complicated and difficult field, especially in Melbourne. There are no clever boys in there
Simone has the best personality of all the girls.
Regarding Taylor Swift/Justine Bieber etc.....I don't judge, they are not meant for me, they are for the kids and teens, and they do a fine job entertaining them.
They even occasionally produce a song I can hum, Shake it Off, and What Do You Mean being examples
Keira....is a mess, she needs someone like Jarrod.....she really needs to stop doing her drama rama RTV act and get real

considering about 80%-90% of posters here have left or only make special guest appearances like they are the king or queen of england it can be hard to work out demographics. but i do remember there are a lot of posters who used to post here who were around my age group (late 20's-early 30's).

Like your post, about ex posters being precious, I particularly laugh hard when they ghost in and whine about all of our 'crap', same old whatever, and blah, blah...
WTF do they expect us to publish doctorates here??? Not the time or place......they fail to grasp there is still community & soul here, and can go f themselves.
And i wish Tim would remove the stats thing that has not moved for more than 5 years, yet posters are joining all the time, and guests are often here lurking in large numbers.....intrigues me
Been checking views on threads, Doctor Who seems to beat all
out of all the couples on the show, no matter if they are strong like sam and tara or on and off like jarrod and keira, which ones have the strongest chance of lasting in the outside world? which couple is going to crash and burn?
...reepbot my friend... you forgot to mention Michael and Lisa as a couple too... it wouldn't surprise me if their relation blossomed outside of the show rather than during it... they would be an ideal couple methinks!... Sam and Tara?... yes... another couple that seem quite well matched believe it or not?... Sam is so much different than when he was in his Bach series so there is definite potential there for sure... Jarrod and Keria... I personally cannot see it but sometimes lost souls seem to gravitate towards each other because they have nothing left to go to but each other so... who knows?... sometimes 'two wrongs make a right' don't they?... lol!... cheers.

jarrod and keira are one of the most obvious couples there imo, and i think they will last the distance.
but what about ali and grant? will ali's pure heart ensure that those two will stay together to the end of time?

the problem for me in the jarrod/keira dynamic is that most of their problems seem to be a combination of jarrod trying to prove he's not a stage five clinger (a label hard to get rid of in a world where caring not much is celebrated) and keira thinking about things from a reality tv show point of view.
so, jarrod goes off and dates these women (ali, simone) on the show when it is clear that he has no chemistry with them, and they aren't that keen on him either. all to try to prove to (keira? the other boys? australia? random forum members?) whoever that he is not a one woman guy.
but the thing is that jarrod will always be a one woman guy. sure the women may change, but i don't see him as someone who will date multiple woman, even on a tv show such as this one. to me, jarrod comes across as having a kind of focused intensity when it comes to dating. that's just his personality. sure, there may be times when it is advisable to tone it down, but that doesn't mean he should change his personality.
as for keira, i'm not sure finding love, or the start of a romance on a reality tv show is the best thing for her (probably not the best thing for a lot of people tbh) because i feel that she is overthinking everything because she is in front of the cameras. and she knows where they are lol. the perfectly (or imperfectly) timed cry in the camera confessional, and of course the whole on/off thing with jarrod.
keira knows that drama creates storylines which leads to camera time. and keira loves her some camera time. so she'll break apart from jarrod, and then get jealous when he makes eyes at another woman, and then she'll cuddle up to him and they'll be back together. and then they'll drift apart, keira will make eyes at another man hoping to get jarrod jealous (easy money) and then they'll come together again.
i think keira and jarrod could work if it was off camera. but not on camera.

I don't see any of the current couples lasting away from the spotlight. They are all giving off quite a casual vibe to me, rather than "true love". I actually thought Luke & Lisa were a good match, but she ditched him at the first opportunity, so who can tell.
i actually think that's a good thing they are being casual.
as for the luke and lisa thing i think she over-reacted about the whole situation for judging luke just because he didn't answer a question perfectly.

Jarrod just wants a woman. Any woman. I agree that he's into serial monogamy, so he will "move on" from one before starting with another. But really, even if Pauline Hanson went in and gave him a rose, he'd be smitten.
only if she dyed her hair blonde.
Meglos
HAVE A NECTARINE, GONK
only if she dyed her hair blonde.
It's quite odd that every blonde woman he meets reminds him of Sophie Monk. Maybe she imprinted on him like a duckling, as the first girl apart from his mother who ever spoke to him.

some guys, well probably most guys (and i'm including me of course) interaction with a woman that is not a family member, in a position of authority, or in school or work, mostly consists of mumbling thanks to the woman cashier at their local store. so when a woman interacts with them that is not in any of those categories their imagination can run away from them.
