...well... I guess that a date needs to be set up then to suit us all... it's all depending upon two things from what I can see and they are...
(1)... Desertsands... do you have any idea of about when you may be coming down to meet us at this point and also...
(2)... there was talk of going to either Reynold's Dessert Bar at the beginning of this thread or meeting at a Spanish restaurant as we progressed through to this stage... we need to confirm as to which one it will be... so we need to work out some details so that we are all on the same base with this to avoid any confusion... we don't want people going to two different places lol!...
...I think that either a Saturday afternoon or a Saturday evening is probably the best bet to suit all... so how about we get this ball rolling?... so Desertsands my friend... what date suits you the best?... after all... you are travelling a long distance to come and see us all so whatever suits you my sweet... I can't wait for this to happen you wonderful people... cheers.

...my sweet darling wife and I can only do a slow waltz kind of thing when it's a smoochy kind of song...when there's a fast song come on we just stand facing each other and 'jiggle' around and throw in a little 'Twist' now and then lol!... I always regret not having learned to dance properly... but as they say... "alas!... another 'something' that I didn't do!... bummer!"... the only dancing around that I do now is when someone is in the toilet and I'm busting for a poo nowadays lol!... (I know... too much information right?)... lol!... jeez that would be great if you came here one day... it would be good fun kxk...until then eh?... cheers.

Are you too unwell to dance @Mr Stickyfingers ? Not to pry, but...if you are able health wise dancing is the best possible thing ever for every age.
It is NEVER TOO LATE to begin, it is hugely beneficial for your body, mind, soul. And it is available in so many different forms/varieties to suit anyone.
Waltz or tango, tap or ballet - and yes there are adult beginners doing that too.
Dancing for free is everywhere, or for cheap, you can do it at any pace, and teachers will make adjustments for any physical issues. You have such an advantage - a partner, nobody has a partner unless they are learning for a wedding

...hahaha!... I guess that you are right kxk... it's never too old to learn eh?... since my stroke last year I have managed to get the use of my left hand/arm/leg and foot back after having my left side completely paralysed by it... everything is back as it should be except my left foot and leg has left me with a limp... no matter how much I do my exercises I have still not managed to get rid of the limp so far... although I'm still trying obviously... but still I do love those slow smoochy dances (if you know what I mean
)... lol!... cheers.

Oh, that is tough, but you are very lucky to be up and about - and I imagine it took a great deal of effort.
When in WA I am doing hydro therapy with my sis, and she finds that heavenly, because she is in a wheelchair she must have someone with her, can't find a volunteer when I'm in Melbourne - I just had a thought, maybe a swim school - is there a light bulb emoji:wideyed:

...I just love going into the Hydro pool at the Physio's after I've had my treatment and exercises... I so love swimming kxk... cheers.
