I worked in the head office of a large bakery chain for many years and I can tell you, pastry chef apprenticeships are bloody hard work and it is a long time until you are doing fancy stuff like that. Most pastry chefs end up in bakerys and cake shops, not super fancy pants resturants with exploding mousse desserts
 
You Easters do realise that you've seen the show, passed comment, revealed the conclusion and are all packed away for the night before us in the west have gotten halfway through "The "Project"...?

...yes we do SeanE... unfortunately for you guys :(... we know that we blurt out all the results and that knowing full well that you guys are behind us and we're giving out spoilers for you all but earlier in the thread it was generally agreed upon that the people running behind us would just not read this thread until you guys watched it there... otherwise there would be ten trillion 'spoiler' tags to open up just to read what people wrote... it would become so time consuming doing 'spoiler' tags on every post... it's a sort of 'enter at your own risk' type of thread unfortunately for you guys... it really sucks but sadly that's how it is my friend... (haha!... I've never been called a 'Easter' before... it sounds cool lol!)... cheers.
 
Hi gang! Yeah I know I'm behind, that's why I tune out before anything spoilery starts.

I liked Charlie, one of the nicest guys there, but he was out of his depth.

I agree that the show is becoming a bit wanky now. That dessert was absurd, and not in a good way/
 
Hey all (even though) I'm late I for one am happy with the result. Harry's edit so far is too noticeable for him to go and I was really drawn to Elise last night. Charlie's been in ever elimination for 2 weeks in a row so it was his time to go IMO. And the episode was very enjoyable for me I really liked it and it was so intense! Hoping it rated well! This series is pretty much down on last year by a bit. This time last year it was rating at 1.11 million and so far this series is rating at 1.01 million.
