It is so easy, but very good. I buy the Luv a duck Peking duck breasts from the supermarket, the wrappers from the Asian grocery. Cut up cucumber, spring onions, coriander and because I'm me fresh chillies. I'm also adding bean sprouts tonight, coz I've got them in the fridge and they go off so quickly.
