Let alone via phone call. Typically it is email contact. I know this from my casting experience.

Yeah I'm not going to show you proof because what's written is confidential. Unfortunately you are wrong on this occasion and I posted to help others that applied. I have spoken to someone else and they had almost the exact same time frame. For Survivor, it's online application, phone call to arrange Skype interview, email confirmation, actual Skype interview. Now we wait for a few weeks to hear back.

Wow that's pretty quick response from them (I don't doubt you but I do a bit but if it's true than good on you :D) I thought it would be in person hence like "casting tour" being used in articles and stuff.
I got an automated email subjected "calling all potential survivors" telling me to finish my application, so if that's the only survivor casting email I get than so be it (even if many others who procrastinated or left their video to last got the same email)

This is exactly how casting is done. Via tour. They would invite you via email to a certain location at a certain date. I have been through callbacks for BB, TARAUS and Millionaire Hotseat. They don't do this shit via Skype before the casting call ends. Otherwise they could be wasting their time if all their best applicants submit videos on the last day.

Until we get firm proof from Tully_fan, I would have as much faith of there being a Big Brother this year.

It's not bullshit. They have been doing Skype chats for weeks now. I'm guessing it's because they need to get a bit more of a picture of the applicants they're interested in before deciding they want to see them in the casting tour. Not all casting processes are the same.....

You're a moron if you think I'm going to screenshot anything for you. You're also an idiot to be so adamant in thinking they will wait until the application ends to start looking at people if they are expecting 10-15k applications where they will then have to rush everything at the end. I'm sure they were shortcutting people from the very start. I'm sorry to say kid, you didn't make the cut this time around but no need to get all overly jealous. If there is another season, chin up and perhaps next year! :)

Lol okay buddy / cry baby. This moron has still made it farther than you and im not going to show you proof because I don't both need to or like you enough :) maybe if you didn't have such a bad attitude you might have made it past the first stage.

I like how you also completely ignored the other comment about Skype interviews already taking place lol.
