TBL Families

Have not seen last night's ep yet, but just wanted to come and say that my favourite team is Tiffany's white team: the Hailwood's. I hope they win. Don't care for Shannon's blue team, I like the black team and am calling bullshit on Michelle's red team eating ice cream for breakfast.
 
Just checked the ratings TBL improving each night... Catching up to the block...

Sunday 646,000
Monday 685,000
Tuesday 726,000

Sunday figures where quite good considering last years ratings. Monday's was a great improvement. Tuesday's was excellent. Honestly if the ratings stuck around 700K all series I think then TEN would be happy with it. I'm hopping the weigh ins weigh at around 800,000. Who knows maybe the series might rate at 800,000.

Yep :) First rule, it is not your training session, you are there for them to make sure they are doing the right thing.

I can't figure out why she would not allow them to eat fruit.
Yes it has sugar in it but it also has so many other health benefits.

I thought that too. Fruit was not the nightmare option. There's no reason why they can't lose weight eating fruit as long as they do everything else right. I'm no expert but natural sugar from fruit is still better than processed sugar or excessive carbs.
 
Fruit is not sustainable on the sort of level they are training at, they won't build muscle or have the same sort of energy the other teams will.
