Pumpkin soup.
Fun fact: I use a butternut pumpkin for my soup and I was just looking up the nutritional value of one and discovered that in America + other places a butternut pumpkin is called a squash.... Never knew that.... Interesting!

I remember on the other forum she said something about a course she was studying? So she could be busy with that?

I hope she's ok. I don't have the energy for another camerashy sitch!

Ahh ok. I guess it's totally reasonable that a person has a life outside of a BB forum, especially with the show being off the air and all. Like I said though, I hope she's ok.

That roast looks delish.... Then I remember that I'm trying to commit to becoming a vegetarian.

The sanitarium nut roast is supposedly a "delicious" alternative, I'm not convinced based on every sense (bar taste of course, I didn't dare eat it).

The salsa verde and mint yoghurt sides are phenomenal, and the flat bread recipe is fab. Would probably go well with grilled zucchini, eggplant, capsicum as a subsitute for the lamb

Mint yoghurt does look good... I personally would not have it with grilled veggies... something to file away for a later date tho.The salsa verde and mint yoghurt sides are phenomenal, and the flat bread recipe is fab.
