Glad it turned out well. Curry spice blends can be a bitch to get right. You have a Theromomix or some such new toy?

You're right there, I've learnt that the hard way with spices. The husband got me a 6 in 1 multi cooker. It's a slow cooker, pressure cooker, steamer, rice cooker, deep fryer and browner/saute all in one. So far it's been great, although I haven't used it as a deep fryer yet but all the other functions work well.Glad it turned out well. Curry spice blends can be a bitch to get right. Pizza tonight. The night shifts are over for the time being. Don't ask what sort of pizza, suffice to say I have half and half and have forgotten what's on each half. There is mince, prawns, pineapple, chicken, bacon, olives, enough garlic to make me not sleep tonight and the usual cheese and tomato. No idea now as to the division of ingredients. Cheap white wine accompanies it. I am a happy chappy.

I have a tiny lamb roast in the fridge which cost almost $8. Those little chump ends. I'll still manage two meals maybe out of that but lamb is so exie atm. I will always accept invites from friends to have a roast with themA roast.

A roast.
Oh nice, I'm having a roast too. I will probably be the only one who eats it, but really I just want some roast ham that I can eat all week.

I made this one up last night only cause my garden is exploding with spinach atm....
Potato & Spinach bake thing...
I large potato
5 leaves & stalks of spinach
5 eggs
2 cups grated or sliced cheese
1 tspn garlic
salt & pepper
1/2 cup chopped chives
slice potato into slivers - then boil for 10 mins
Chop stalks off spinach & chop them up (stalks only) place in with potatoes for last few mins
Arrange 1 layer of sliced potatoes in oven proof dish (pie plate is good)
Arrange spinach on top of potatoes to cover
Place remaining potato slices on top of spinach
Whisk 4 eggs & garlic then pour over potatoes in dish (then whisk last egg to cover any areas you may have missed in the last step)
Sprinkle slat & pepper to taste on top off egg mixture
Cover all of this with the cheese so it is evenly spread & to the edges
Bake for 30 mins at 180C, then bake for 10 mins at 200C to brown....
