I thought as much and told him so. But his wife's heart was set on getting that particular furball and as everybody knows what a wife wants she gets. :angelic:

Got some bad news from the vet today, and this seems the ideal place to vent. Probably best to skip this post...

My dog is a little 9 year old black Maltese Shih Tzu called Lucy. She is 90% angel and 10% hardcore fucking bitch. Born 2006.

2009 Her cruciate ligament goes. $1000

2010 Her other cruciate goes. $1000.

2011 Diagnosed with arthritis.

2013 Spinal Meningitis, in excruciating pain $2000

2014 Diagnosed with diabetes. Insulin injections every day, and each time she tries to bite my arm off. $1000

Today I was told that she has cataracts, as a result of the diabetes, and her vision is almost gone. It seemed to happen overnight.

I don't know if can handle any more. I very rarely cry, but damn...

I love her more than any other living thing on planet though.

off to the vet,poor Willow has diarrhoea and vomiting,they dont open till 3:30 so she has to wait till then.Very expensive vet week..Bailey and Suki went for their neuter and spay operations on tuesday
 
I'm sorry about your dog @Rudiger , I love my cat more than anyone, way more than my husband. He also loves her more than me and we are totally cool with that, haha. It sucks that your Lucy is so sick but she's freakin lucky that she has someone that loves her as much as you do. And you know whatever happens she will know you did whatever you could to help her, it sucks we only have our pets for a short time. My thoughts are with you. :frown:

my pups are everything,they get baby-sitters if I go out longer than a hour and I would never emigrate unless I could take every single one of them with me
