To be fair, Travis has lived a gilded-lily type life. Handsome. Nice but dim. I truly believe his bewilderment is due to not having exposed himself to society. He strikes me as the sort of person, if he was your workmate/sister's new boyfriend or whatever, he would be genuinely affable and a good sort. It was dumb luck by giving out 1 point at a time and could have easily bit her in the arse. Targeting someone you wanted up would be smarter.
