No it wouldn't. All bets clearly state that the HM must be voted out by the public so a self evict would result in a refund.

Well that's good... But when I look at the betting at Sportsbet it just says "Applies to the next person to be evicted from Big Brother by public vote only." Is there a separate clause/policy? They must/should.

It's just I wouldn't be surprised it betting sites just disregard stuff like this and just rake in the money...

But what was all the fake-eviction leading to? It was just meant for the cheap stunt, not for the game itself. Ben was only there for a couple of hours, and Travis was literally stuck in the sanctuary for three days.
