Skye Appreciation Thread

Whoa!! Slow down there double-o-seventeen!! :wideyed:
The first two I could handle, but the last one might be taking things just a teeny tad toooooo far :roflmao:

I'm fairly certain she mentioned getting collagen injections in her lips? I dont know if she's done anything else other than cosmetic things like spray tan.

I'm not trying to be negative with saying this - but I think Skye looks so stunningly beautiful without any makeup. I wish she would tone down her makeup at other times. She's gorgeous just natural.
 
Isn't it strange how her IQ seems to have jumped into triple digits (just) since the forced "make-under"? She also look so much better with a natural look.

Something too, I found out last night that one of my daughter's schoolmates sister is a RL friend of Skye and she is allegedly a very nice person; caring, considerate etc. and.. in RL her makeup is NOT as full on as it is has been on the show! lol

I believe she is a caring, considerate person. Her first week in the house she showed that she doesn't make fusses over silly things, her handle on the no food situation was admirable. I also like that she was one of he only hms to make David feel like he is part of the experience too. There is a fb post that went around from one of the mothers stating that sky took their son who has some disabilities to the formal. The girl has a good heart and this is why I will always be a team Skye person. Nothing she does in the house will detract my likeness for her. Not one thing! Some people can pretend to be nice but she genuinely is
 
Skye shone in tonight's nominations. She did well to saving Aisha and she was very funny. I really can see her winning this year's Big Brother.

It was shame that Priya saw Skye nominate her in that earlier episode. I hope Priya doesn't get the wrong idea and think that Skye nominated her tonight, especially as Skye was concerned that Priya was top of the nominations.
 
@seneca it would be obvious to Priya that the nomination was before based on the fact she was wearing make up in the video. She will sort it out with her, priya is mature enough.
 
skye was masterful with the powerplay, saving her mate and ensuring easy defeat for ryan.
i also was really impressed she had the fortitude to share past noms with the housemates. skye is playing the game like a boss.

Sure Priya will know that video was from a while ago, but it may still plant a seed of doubt in Priya's mind about Skye's loyalty. But as you say Priya is mature, and smart too, so maybe not.
 
She royally screwed the powerplay tonight! But I will forgive her. Only because 1)she initially wanted to save dave but her lack of understanding to what she was doing is obvious. She is closer to Aisha. She thought by saving Aisha she would nom David. 2) I find it hard not to like her. 3) Prior to the dave nomming, I died at her comments in the room! BEST REACTION EVER about her pic!

But the best thing is she had the guts to show the hms her nominating!
 
The only amusing thing about Skye was she went out of her way to save a person who will drop her, once again, the moment Travis returns. She completely blew the power, just what I expected. I suspect we'll see some Skye confrontations soon.

I hope we see some skye confrontations too. Because it will work in her favour I think. If they blast her for some of those nominations, some will look like liars and hypocrites and as far as I am concerned, more power to skye on the outside... it's a win. Plus she gets more airtime. So I say bring on the confrontations
