my two boys love sultanas. I cant make it in a supermarket without having to open up a pack for them to snack on, followed by a banana.
You should go post that on a parenting forum and stand back with the popcorn for the apocalypse to begin!
It doesn't make it ok and I completely get why that fired you up but for better and worse, it's to be expected. That's just how it is now. They could jack up the BB prize back to $1 million next year and I still wouldn't even consider going to the first audition because I wouldn't want to subject my family and friends to that scrutiny and I think they're practically perfect in every way.
But again, I hope you and more importantly she took heart in that people were sticking up for her. The ones who were saying shitty things seemed to be the type who would've blamed Jill Meagher for walking down the street in a skirt at night after having a few drinks so honestly... we're talking low end of the totem pole as as far as, well, everything is concerned. And completely not representative of this forum's general vibe and ESPECIALLY not of this particular thread to which Tully was referring. We're all for snark but we also pull each other up when it goes too far or it's unwarranted and it seems that's what was happening in that other thread also. I think your initial Tweet just came across as a shot that it turns out you intended to aim elsewhere so like @Gemini said, thanks for at least having the balls to come in here and discuss it instead of aggro posting on Twitter.

I just looked through that thread and I could only see one or two people saying overtly negative things about your ex's appearance. (Who by the way is gorgeous - but not that she needs my approval or asked for my opinion.)
I think it's important to remember that within any group of people, internet forum or otherwise, there will always be dickheads. From what I gather though, the majority of BBB users would not wish any real harm, mental or otherwise, to their least favourite housemates, let alone their loved ones.
Good luck with all of your future endeavours and I hope this isn't the last we see of you around these traps.

Some of us have copped it pretty bad on this forum, especially last season, but truly it doesn't even compare to what you'll get on a parenting forum. Especially if you stumble across one masked as "for all new mummies" but it really means "if only you do x,y,z"

Sultanas/raisins = you want your kid to choke
yoghurt = you're the devil trying to pump them full of sugar and fat
if you don't co sleep your kid will die of cot death
if you're not still carrying 50 pounds of extra weight a year later, even if you didn't gain anywhere near to start with, then you're starving yourself and in turn your baby... that is if he/she isn't on the dreaded FORMULA

I don't have a clue. I can appreciate mothers giving out advice or at least being blunt in their opinions of what they think works best, sure, but there is a fine line between that and overly criticising to the point where parents are made to feel guilty about every decision made. These days even the socks you choose affects the child apparently. Okay that may be an exaggeration but you get the pint haha.

Hi Michael. You should post here more, once we get past the initial angst would be interesting to hear your take on current things. I loved you during your season. Wasn't part of any forum then but was rooting for you to win then switched to Ben when you left. All the chat about bullying, I dunno, I suppose I'm jaded on that sort of thing from all the years of watching USA BB. I thought you were funny and interesting to watch. Glad you and Estelle have sorted things out. Hope to hear more from you.

You made a negative comment about BBB, and whether or not you meant it that way it looked like you were taking a swing at everyone here.
You making that comment invited people to respond to you, and you were negative toward this forum, which really wasn't a wise move for someone so desperate to be relevant (considering this is about the only place you can find a few people who actually even know who you are).
