Ah thanks! I even looked at that ad like 15 times too! This whole 10 minutes to edit your post thing is wreaking havoc on me but for anyone who scrolls, disregard what I said about the NRL states above

It appears so, but if you just go by how these dude looks you could assume that they would all get along, because they all look similar, they are young and fit.

Hey....... I just go by what they say on the NRL show which is shown at 11:30pm here and I make a special point to watch solely for Beau. I hear them say rugby. League or Union it's all the same to me... I never even knew this sport existed until I moved to Europe! And I sure as hell wouldn't watch that footy show now if it weren't for Beau, although to be fair I like that segment where they get the players to finish sentences and perfect partners too. But usually I refer to it as NRL on here as I've seen these debates before and this time I forgot so I'll await my spanking if you ever get your ass down here! :)

I thought the episode was pretty good tonight, by Nine's standards at least. It definitely would've been better if it were an hour long or whatever, but eh. After last night and tonight, I'm definitely feeling a lot more engaged with what's happening in the house, which feels so good tbh! :thumbsup:

Rugby Union = national sport in NZ so its hardly a rich snobs sport

what I think you're actually referring to is that Rugby Union seems to be played mainly in Sydney in the private schools system - again let's not be elitist - a lot of families sacrifice a lot to put their children through private schools and they are not all rich and not all snobs. There are also local rugby union clubs NOT affiliated with private schools.

as a Kiwi-born proudly Australian citizen I married an Australian who didn't go to private schools but DID play Rugby Union (and has the cauliflower ear to prove it) and have a divided family for every All Blacks vs Wallabies match with one son refusing EVER to support NZ and the other a diehard All Black's supporter like his mother :)


and we can reverse the whole thing by saying not all Rugby League supporters are plebs - just seriously misguided and fans of the wrong Rugby :p lol (hitting the ground running!!)

I'm not a fan either because I'm always realising there was something to add/fix a little later and with the rate the forum moves you just can't keep up ... I'd forgotten how fast it leaps pages with the slower pace of the Antics thread :)

Right?! I had put "Katie cackles" in my attempt to do the written version of the ad but then edited it once I saw @marquisite posted the vid.

Between her laugh and Lawson's tonight and the mute doing some sort of frozen chicken thing I'm wondering if BB is slipping them kava or something.
 
Travis watches game of thrones. Interesting.

I found it telling that he was saying he'd have a word to Lawson about the power going to his head, but only after he doesn't have it. What a wimp!



As for Travis and Skye always being on and whether that is fake or not, you can't fake it long time. Also from my experience people can be on all the time. I was travelling for 54 days last year with the same group of people in Africa and one guy was hyper, funny, always up for fun, always on the entire time. It's just some people.



The frozen chicken, I guess that's what you have to resort to for laughs when you have no wit.
 
My eyes ....MY EYES...... and I can never unsee a nuded up Ryan imitating a FROZEN CHICKEN.

To pile horror upon horror.....he did a pretty damn good job of it. :(
 
thinking the mutiny will probably end up being one person defying BB / throwing a tanty in the fishbowl/punishment area ... and a real let down ... a bit of a storm in a fish bowl tea cup really ....
 
Its a shame these really great daily shows are on when no-one is watching :(

And why the hell did they spend like 1 minute of David trying to get the dogs to come outside?

Apart from that, great show!

yeah I noticed that as well and wondered if HM's aren't allowed to confront the HOH, although everyone told P&K when they weren't happy about that money/diner situation? unless he's worried that Lawson can punish him somehow by putting him the fishbowl or cleaning the house.... or he could add more points to his nomination for Travis, although noms had already been done this week.

I guess Ned and Kelly needed some camera time, and BB thought it was funny the dogs being naughty like Mr Clooney?
at least someone was taking the dogs out for a morning wee, and a play outside

are you forgetting last year with the obligatory party every Friday night and the strange coincidence of every housemate managing to have a birthday whilst in the BB house (fake AND real?)
