Ask Alex 2014 (EP of Big Brother)

Have you used the 'three main housemates' casting model again? If so, why? I understand you want to work it so that drama is created through some people getting along and others not, but do you think it interferes with the organic nature of the show and leads to prejudice as to which housemates are featured heavily from the beginning?
 
@Goon's heart is in the right place... However even if he does submit every single question Alex will likely only answer those he feels adds to the myth that he actually gives a shit about this show...

The last few years have clearly been phoned in... Alex is merely a figurehead who carries his balls around a Channel 9 purse...

I get it - I hate where the show's gone since it's been on Nine 100%. I think it is more of a Nine issue though and less Alex. I don't think he's guilt free at all, but we should (and mostly do, I guess) send our hate Nine's way.

Not really... The problems with the show have always stemmed from the network... And it's not as if the show would be better off with Chanel 10...

The problem I have with Alex is the fact that he hasn't had the balls to put Channel 9 in it's place... And the fact that Alex still pretends like he cares about any input that's thrown his way... This year in particular... He's clearly taken a twist that was universally slated in the UK... He's obviously taken the same approach to casting he has in previous years which again has been universally slated... There is still a major gap in live content... It the same censored approach they've always taken... If Alex actually had any integrity he'd have given up after 2012... BB is merely a paycheck and he had no intent of delivering on any of his promises and has no intent on answering any of our questions that won't make him look better in the end...

I'd like to know how long you plan on having the whole pairs thing. Is it just going to be for the first month or so and then they will be playing individually?


And why do you always have housemates entering on different nights as opposed to everyone going in altogether on the launch show?

Hmmm... Well if a picture tells a thousand words you shoudl be able to tell by my AV that my online persona doesn't take it self as seriously as some may think...
