Post BB - Housemate Antics 2013 - Part 2

I can't believe I keep forgetting to tell you guys this. I was a Dan Murphy's yesterday and on the checkout there was a bottle of "Chocolat Luxe" Baileys. I didn't look to closely, it was one of those weird moments like when you see someone so incredibly attractive to you that you can't look at them. I wanted to ask the guy at the checkout, but I was lost for words.

This is the hottie:

I assumed all along these jobs the channel gave them were only temporary to take advantage of the last of their fame coming off BB. Fine, no problem... But I'm surprised that this wasn't handled in a more business like fashion with a definite end date given. There was no need for this unpleasant sour stomach way of finishing off their time with these housemates. Its really ridiculous and unprofessional. Not impressed.
 
I'm not surprised Nine dumped Tim (if they have). It's sad for him, but at the end of the day they don't owe him anything. He got 250k from them and a regular spot for a year that he can put on his CV. Has certainly been treated better than a lot of them. It's simply a case of out with the old and in with the new, and while Tim did a good job on Today his popularity from BB is diminishing. Like @Sparrow11 pointed out, they only ever put him on there (like they did Ben and Tully on Mornings) to take advantage of his popularity while it was still there.

That article about Tully however on ninemsn is disgusting. There was absolutely no need for that. They did a Sabrina on her (anyone that's watched Law & Order will know what I'm talking about there).

I agree. If they had just written a story about a new romance ( even though it was BS), I would find it amusing. But there is a nasty undertone in the story - showmance, desperation for attention etc etc that is completely uncalled for.

The attack on Tully was unprovoked. Tully is still at this point supporting ch9 and bbau. Gutter journalism at its worst.

i can't believe it, what good advertising :thumbsup: this is a tough one but, if it's a choice between @Goon's Dagwood Dogs or eating Conchita, phenis will win every single time ;) ohhhh, i could slice that wurst all dayyyyy long :singing: :p :happy:

i was thinking we have not really been on the fence for a while, and maybe we are in need of a new one? does anyone have any ideas on what it should look like, design, material? i would like a gas heater up there because my feet get cold, though by the time BB starts we will be sweating in the sun. we probably need a large sunshade, a fan, a place for our sausage :giggle:, and most important, storage for our Baileys, maybe a wine rack. i'm thinking we need to go up and out, but we need to get it 'not quite', but 'Just Right'

i am going to put the pressure on, @Mr Stickyfingers, are you up for the challenge? please :kiss: :kiss: :angelic: (this post of mine sounds like something you would write, haha)

Yes yes yes. We will have to have a new fence with state of the art everything.

that fence is dreamy, i luv love lurve it. looks like Julie Andrews should be twirling there somewhere :laugh:

those peepholes are perfect, but do they need a 'no entry' above them, i had a sudden shiver what could happen to us as we are :peeking: :blackeye: :jawdrop: (maybe not a black one)

PSA - Priceline is having a 40% sale off all skincare minus suncare, tanning and Ego products until tomorrow night. Instore or online. My basket is currently sitting at $215 with heaps more for me to look at so if I'm back in here peddling ready to expire products in 9 months time, don't blow my cover.
