I want to hang out with Nathan. He looks like such a fun time, I agree. Agree about the jeans and sneakers. Not a fan either. She really did it up in Adelaide. Glad they had a great weekend.

I still can't work out why she is going to Melbourne, although I hope it is for something career wise, I wonder if she might be going to spend some time with Mikk whilst she is settling into her new town? There isn't really any evidence for that though. Just wondering. Mikk seems to be interacting a lot with Tim on twitter - she said he was harmless and is making jokes with him today

Yep - hoping there is work involved in this trip. I could imagine that if there are auditions involved she make want to keep it quite until she knows how they go, after everyone kept asking when she said she was going for one before.

Yes thank you for the pictures everyone.

I like her friendship with Nathan cause it looks like she has fun with him but it worries me a bit to. Its starting to seem like he might be using their friendship a bit to further his agenda with Tim - ive noticed them arguing on twitter before. He's just making it worse for Jade by getting involved in stuff that doesn't involve him. It's the same thing Tim does himself. IIm probably alone here but it looks like all these guys just use her as a pawn to feed their attacks on one another. Ed and Tim did it in the house and its still happening out of it.

You won't get any arguments from me here. The thought did cross my mind a few times when Nathan sent those tweets. Nathan's certainly not helping Jade by doing what he's doing. All he's doing is giving Tim the opportunity to play the victim of big bad Nathan and Jade when in reality this whole this started over something shitty Tim did.

I agree that Nathan shouldn't have engaged Tim like that - for one it just draws out the public to comment and secondly Tim loves the attention it brings so it doesn't serve any positive purpose for Nathan there. Also, Jade is someone who keeps her stuff private, so he's not really thinking of her when he's doing that, rather than making a personal point himself.
I do like though how much fun they seem to have together and it seems a really easy type of friendship and I think that both Nathan and his partner are genuine, caring people who give their affection freely and I think that's just what she needs in a friend and I definitely don't think Nathan is using her in that regard.

Yeah. I certainly don't think Nathan is intentionally or consciously using her. I do think he genuinely cares about her, but at the same time I think everyone and their dog can tell that him calling out Tim had very little to do with defending Jade and a lot more to do with his own agenda against Tim. Ed did the exact same thing when he had a go at Tim and Drew for nominating her. He acted like he was defending Jade but everyone could tell that he was just using her issues with them as a platform to launch his own attacks against them and make them look bad (and him good) to the public.

I am happy that Nathan was there for her and she could have fun with him and Ross this weekend. She sure as hell needed it after the crap with Ed and Tim. I just hope she doesn't let him keep throwing attacks at people under the guise that it's on her behalf. Then to the public it starts to become Jade vs. Tim rather than Nathan vs. Tim and Jade starts getting the same hate and attacks levelled at her as poor Mikkayla did. Like you said, Jade's not the type to want that stuff aired out in public. It's Tim and Nathan's M.O. but not hers.

That's an interesting take. I don't think he's using her. I think he's genuinely bothered by what Tim did, like many other people. I believe Nathan was sticking up for her like Mikkayla was. I think the people that don't like Jade will always dislike her. I don't worry about someone else making it bad for her. I also don't think she is this helpless girl who's being used by everyone. So, yeah, I don't quite see it like you, but you're definitely not alone in your thoughts.
 
The more I think about the fact that Tim has stopped following Jade( and is making veiled swipes on twitter) the more I think that Jade wouldn't have just confronted Tim about the video and her reaction t it, but also about what he did to Mikkayla and how he encouraged some of the responses against her on twitter.

Jade is loyal, and Mikk has recently publicly stood up to people having a go at Jade on Twitter. We also saw how she defended the SS in the house. I think she would have really had enough of Tim and let him know exactly what she thought of his behaviour - maybe even telling him she no longer considers him a friend.

Tim doesn't care what people in general think of him. He certainly wouldn't have cared about Tully or Ed's reactions, or about Mikkaya, and definitely not about Nathan - but i think he would have cared about Jade reacting badly (and Drew, if that had happened), and I think he would react to her reaction. I think it got to him, and he responded as he does - blamed the other person.
