Sorry I missed this last night! 6k posts is a shocker! The only thing that makes me feel *somewhat* better is that a good chunk of them were posting updates in the two Live Feed threads and now the Housemates one. Still so embarrassing though and shows the unglamourous side of working from home when your husband is at work and your kid is at kindy. Sometimes this forum was the only decent adult interaction I'd get until 6 or 7pm each day and that was only if my husband was in town!Wow 6000 posts...amazing!
Wish you the best of luck in finding her,and don't forget your camera just in case.
And I PROMISE that as long as Jade's not silly enough to come in the next couple of days with our 40+ temperatures here, I will do my absolute best to hunt her down and I'll even mention this forum and all her fans in the JA thread and ask a few questions. I have a pass for each day so it's just a matter of us finding out hopefully the night before when she's going so I can make sure my son goes to his grandparents' house instead if it's going to be a scorcher. Half of Melbourne will be at the tennis in the next fortnight so I figure anyone who shows up is fair game. You guys just need to let me know when she'll be there in case I miss it in here!

I don't see it as a "shocker" but as an achievement in entertainment value,because reading those postings bring such fun sometimes in one's boring ,tedious life.
What a wonderful gem you are,and thanks in advance for any Jade postings.

Does anyone know if Mikkayla has started her radio show? I know that she moved during/right after the holidays, but I hadn't heard anything about her actual show. I haven't even seen anything on her twitter, but I haven't been super focused on her, so I'm wondering if I missed her radio debut.
I think she starts in February - her twitter page says this:

hehe...I guess I should actually check her twitter page when I have a question. For some reason I thought she would start sooner considering she already did the move, but I guess she wanted to get settled in before starting the job itself.
I know there is no chance of me ever glimpsing Jade on the American coverage of the Australian Open, but I'm still recording it. Hopefully there will be some competitive tennis so I won't completely be wasting my time as I skim through it.

Sometimes I wish I didn't have such an analytical mind because when I see these posts from Mikkayla and Nathan loving up on Jade, I just have to wonder why...why now? What's happening that they feel the need to publicly support her? And then my mind makes a jump to the undefined Open trip and I start to wonder....
I need to stop! Just because there has been what appears to me to be a shift in posting pattern and tone does NOT mean anything is up!

I may well be wrong - but I don't think they will be showing up at the Open together (of course, I may change my opinion at any time).
While we have had intermittent social media silence before, Ed had been liking and favouriting Jade stuff recently - up until the newspaper article in the Adelaide paper on Thursday stating they had broken up. While many of the details were inaccurate and seemed to be based on social media, the statement that they had broken up quietly before Christmas appears to be correct according to the timeline that has been discussed in detail before (i'm intrigued by who the 'sources' were that leaked this, but don't think it was Tim).
Since then, Jade has continued liking and favouriting (and now commenting) as a friend would, but Ed has gone the complete ignoring route. Anything he has favourited on twitter since then that has related to Jade as been about him, with Jade's inclusion incidental due to her being tagged, and he favourites anything tweeted by 4 or 5 of his main followers.
I think that now it is out in the open, Ed has decided to give up any pretense of 'keeping up appearances' as there is now no need as their break is public knowledge.
As said, this may be completely wrong and they could pop up together.
