Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

Really hope ed goes next week or at least before her so they cant keep editing her the way they currently are
 
please , dont leave the LF thread .. we have to cooment and clearfy things about Jade .. because people there seem to have been brain washed by Tahan fans that may be just watched the show ..
 
Tahan fans are actually some of the nastiest fans I have ever seen. They'll make personal attacks at you and then completely ignore what you say and spurt some BS about Tahan!

I know the group you're talking about. Think I might delete my account... it's really frustrating to read things so offensive to common propriety. Maybe we should come in packs too but then we are as bad as they are, just so taken aback at the bs (pardon my French)

Seriously, don't worry about them. People see what they want to see and arguing doesn't change anything. All it does is clog up the LF thread with arguments which I hate because it's there to discuss the LFs. At the end of the day Jade has a very large and wonderful fanbase that has kept her in the house this far. That's the only thing that matters at the end of the day. Let them hate. We know she's a wonderful housemate and that's all that matters.

Exactly, we'd be just as bad as they are. And like I already said, I (and many others) hate seeing the LF thread filled with arguments.

yeah, unfortunately I live in the US where the shutdown of our government clearly demonstrates that there's no reasoning with people who have little contact with reality. I can't waste the energy.

I agree. I used to comment in that thread but I only go in there to read and view the LFs, wouldn't have to if the OS wasn't so shitty. There are a lot of immature comments and arguing going on in there same goes with the Daily show thread. They end up just attacking each other, it gets personal. No point having a discussions with those people.

It's called fanaticism, I'm actually a fan of both Jade & Tahan, a near impossible feat it seems for most posters, I love how people take petty arguments or disagreements inside the house and somehow make it their own. Just watch the show without going Bat shit crazy, it'll make your viewing a lot more easy I say.

I LOVE Jade. I think she is a genuine, warm, compassionate, kind, intelligent young woman. There is no malice in Jade unlike that nasty bully Tahan. Good to see this thread has WAY MORE followers than any of Tahan's threads. It's shows that a LOT of people can see past Tahan's supermodel exterior.

Honestly it makes me angry because I was one of the people that liked Tahan before they tried to fool the public with this whole underdog, selective editing thing. Trying to victimise Tahan is wrong. That's obviously not who she is and I'm sure enough people would have liked her without the favouritism. It's actually turned me off her and for the first time this week I won't be voting for her. I hate see housemates getting leg-ups over others. It's exactly what bugged me with Ben.

I actually, believe it or not, liked Tahan in the beginning. I wasn't watching BB religiously at the beginning, and I wondered why Tahan was always being nominated for eviction? At first I thought it was refreshing to see such a beautiful young woman who doesn't just focus on looks. Boy was I wrong! Tahan is all about looks - the caked on makeup, the fake eyelashes, the CONSTANTLY touching/flicking her hair, the hair-dryer incident, the remarks about her fat, ugly friends. How pathetic was she constantly asking for her crappy hair-dryer? Get over it!

What supermodel exterior? She's an FHM kinda girl, suited to playboy. Supermodels are high fashion (international labels like Marc Jacobs) not zoo magazine raunch. Difference is it's not the models that are for show but the clothes they wear

Yes, you are probably right. She probably isn't ever going to be a catwalk model. She does have a sort of cheapness about her, in the pics I've seen of her. So your spot on about Zoo magazine, etc. I do think her face is supermodel beautiful though. I dislike the girl, but blind Freddy can see that she is drop dead gorgeous.

She's reminds me of Samantha Harris but personally I'm a fan of the more sultry look Jade gives off, that's just my preference though. I hope someone doesn't jump down my throat for this :s
