Last movie you saw

Cate Blanchett revives her original role, thank goodness. Can't so I know what you mean about her 'screaming'.

Just her voice when she yells ..... She did that in "The Shipping News" where she played a slut... She has done all kinds of roles, that's the only one I can think of where she plays a loose woman

Watched The Happening last night. It was interesting.. It wasn't like other thrillers. No effects sadly. It was quite different to other movies, but I still liked it.

Saw Eagle Eye today. Freaking fantastic. Best movie I have seen in a very long time. 9/10. I'd highly recommend it.

Even when you realise it was a computer at the end that caused all the problems. ?

Haha! Well I was more annoyed because I happened to miss this one at the cinema (cause I was busy) but it's out on DVD in like a month and I nearly made it spoiler free! grr

It's like what happened to my friend, The Sixth Sense just opened in cinemas and their friend was telling them all about it and just thought they would add in the big twist at the end that Bruce Willis was actually a ghost.

But wasn't the kid a ghost too?

How did his mother see and hear him?

Apocalypto.

For me, this was no movie. It was an out of body experience.

A fascinating glimpse of native America, from the level of tribal hunters, to the grisly decadence of the Mayan civilisation. More than this: a hell of an adventure! Just when I thought it could get no more awesome, it did.

What a masterpiece...

Yeah, it's pretty freakin good. And as the prisoners get dragged into the city, heading for the temple... intense stuff.

Now rent 12,000BC and see the same story, but done badly.

The Descent

This was I thought great. I had read a lot of mixed reviews about this on the net, but reviews don't bother me and I tend to go for things I like the sound of rather then follow reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. There were a couple of genuine shocks and moments that made me jump, and horror movies in general don't make me jump.

But this movie had a couple of moments like that. The other thing is that it had an all female cast for it too apart from the very beginning where you see one of the women's husbands.

Anyway it's great. I gave it a 6/10

And then watch 1,000,000 years BC and see them do it in leather bikins lol......
