Seriously, people underestimate what a good glob of tomato sauce can add to a meatball/rissole/meatloaf base! So... when's dinner?

Tonight or tomorrow night.. I am not phased.

That sounds so good. Would any other oil work? My daughter is allergic to sesameHome made stirfry of egg noodles, soya sauce/sweet chilli sauce/oyster sauce/sesame oil, chicken mince, red capsicum, julienne carrots, garlic/ginger/onions.
My own recipe
P.S. Sometimes substitute the chicken mince for pork mince and the oyster sauce for hoisin sauce.

Oh yeah. Vegetable oil, canola, ricebran, grapeseed etc would suffice. It really is a delicious dish (lol bragging now). That sounds so good. Would any other oil work? My daughter is allergic to sesame![]()

Love Cajun chicken. I make a cajun chicken rice dish. Cajun spices, capsicum, corn, peas, tinned tomatoes, garlic, onion. Cook up the chicken with the spices, onion and garlic til brown. Then add the veges and tomatoes. Reduce til sauce thickens and then add cooked cold rice and fold through. Done.Does anyone like Cajun Chicken?

I'm roasting onion, carrot and potato to have with bbq chicken later tonight.
Do you do yours in small pieces or leave them in largish chunks?
I love experimenting with root vegies..see what combos work well.

The onion is roasted whole as is the carrot and the potato is halved or quartered depending on size and pumpkin is cooked either with skin on or off and in big wedges. Drizzled with olive oil.
Have you ever tried a roasted radish?

Share away, right here, we always have done - just not too many

I am eating my boiled egg on toasted ciabatta roll - my local makes the best ciabatta crunchy rolls.
Food shits me right now - I feed others and sit and drink coffee.
