It does lose meaning when she was using language like this well before I even registered. It's so amazing watching the enablement network, with Khun Khun as fanclub secretary, support her conduct.

In school debating I once spent my entire address congratulating my own team on the technicality that the Affirmative side had misread the question slighty and had not argued the topic. I pointed out that if our team had even only slightly argued the topic, even poorly, that we were the only team debating the topic, we had already won and presentations were a formality. Yeah, we won.

I never got into debating. I liked drama classes.

Plenty of people are more bold on the dramatic stage or on the sporting field than public speaking. By escapist, I mean becoming more third person and less shy about the character. Politicians also do it by being coached to answer questions with 'I would say', treating it more as a hypothetical. An act of separation.
