Maybe someone older could explain but what was the deal between these two and why did Lorraine being against Tina's window bring back sweet memories? 💀

I have just opened my eyes to a whole world of new Weezer music - I loved them in the 90's but hadn't really realised they had still been doing as much as they have been since. This combo is brilliant in every way. put a smile on my face.

Since you like Weazer you’d probably like this Canadian band…

Last one for the night but Dallas Green (aka City and Colour) was one of the lead singers of this band before going solo. They were kind of Canada’s answer to Linken Park.

@Isee Change of pace but here’s a little more Canadiana that I think you’d enjoy.

I have heard closer before - It was on a tv show - the characters were dancing around their apartment singing it I think. I want it say it was Young and Hungry? I can't remember what tv show it was but I can remember them actually talking about Tegan and Sara in the episode!

They're from Calgary and they preformed at a fundraiser I worked a few years ago. I was literally meters away from them during their soundcheck.

I will go a slightly different way for a kiwi band/bands. The Front Lawn and The Mutton Birds are both fronted by the same singer Don McGlashan. Sorry the front lawn ones don't have videos but are great songs.

edited as put same one in twice by accident

The deadpan humour here 👌🏻It also sounds like something you’d hear in one of those risqué 2000’s fashion brand commercials.

In fact the whole album and the few exclusive tracks from his EP are fantastic. This one sounds so cinematic like it came from some sort of dark and edgy 2000’s cult classic. Skins comes to mind.
