US 2016 Presidential Election

American Politics. Where the figurehead counts like no other.
Trump is not blagging on about walls to appease the establishment.
He is adeptly drawing upon a huge demographic.
The bigot.
And Trump will handle the establishment like he handles everything else.
With a firm handshake full of money.

Yes, for all the talk about how he's not indebted to big money since he's financed his own campaign, it's hard to see him making any decisions that would be against the interests of big money, since he is big money himself anyway. Most likely it'll be more tax cuts, more military spending, and more debt. And then blame welfare commitments for the debt. Same old game the Liberals, er, I mean the Republicans love to play.

I can't believe nobody has called him out for stealing his policies from sitcoms, ie Arrested Development, ran that build-a-Mexico-fence farce of an idea for laughs.

And heaven save us from that face, Trump has resting sulky toddler face, his creepy face is so flaccid privileged it makes me nauseous.

Rubio is right, if Trump didn't inherit money he would be selling watches somewhere.

I have just realised who Cruz reminds me of, Eddie Munster grown up, creepy lizardy monster man.

Mostly he gets compared to Grandpa Munster. The nose is so close I had to double check if it was a photoshop.

On the Democrats' side, Clinton has taken the Southern states as expected, and Sanders has taken Vermont and Oklahoma. Clinton is also ahead in Massachusetts, which was one Sanders had hoped to win, and it's too early to tell in some of the other states.

On the Republican side, Trump has won 5 states so far, and Cruz has taken Texas and Oklahoma. Rubio struggling.

Sanders has won Colorado and Minnesota and Clinton has won Massachusetts. On the Republican side, Marco Rubio has had a win with Minnesota.

And now -

‘How to move to Canada’ trending after Trump win

Searches asking "how to move to Canada" are spiking on Google as U.S. voters digest Donald Trump's sweeping win in the Super Tuesday Republican contests.

Trump claimed victories in seven states — Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia.

And it seems to have sparked a renewed interest in packing up for a life north of the border.
