have to be a member since before 15 August 2013 AND have at least 200 posts.

There are a lot of members who contribute regularly on BBBA year round, and only a limited number of spots in the sweep so I just wanted to give the regular members a shot. I see someone has started an alternative sweep if you want to try it instead.

Last year some blow-in took a spot and then never visited the site again. That was pretty unfair, so I made some new rules to avoid that happeneing again.

Yes that was partly my fault as I forgot to do it until after the launch show, and of course BBBA was overrun by that stage. So I thought I'd go early this time.
