But Tim’s job is likely safe. He is the one of the best in the world at what he does.
 
Can't really blame him for not knowing what we're up to, for him it would have been months ago, and the radio host intentionally tricked him into it by pretending she already knew.

Haha I was having so much jealousy you can’t even imagine 😝

funnily enough, I wasn’t a big KMH until she did Eurovision so I went back and listened to her stuff and watched a few documentaries and now I LOVE her. Also Muriel’s Wedding musical was a HOOT!

Same here. I mean, I knew of her, and liked a couple songs, but that Eurovision song still gives me shivers! ❤️

And Muriel’s Wedding was so much fun. Being a Melbournian I especially LOVED the Sydney song 🤣

It wasn't months ago. This weeks and next weeks episodes were filmed 2 weeks ago.

My first experience with Kate Miller-Heidke was many years ago at the Enmore Theatre in Newtown… She was the support act and I can’t for the life of me remember who the main act was, but she sang this song…
And my loyalty to Australian Idol meant that I just could not be a fan, so for years to me she was just that weird chick who did weird trills and sang like a cross between Bjork and a bird and was a little bit up herself thought she was too good for Idol. Haha

Actually just watching that song again now, pretty funny that now she’s singing on a show with one of those dickheads blabbing in between songs 😂😂😂😂
A more mature me can appreciate the comedy in this song and I have certainly come to appreciate her voice as an art more than just a gimmick.
