The kiss that divides the house

I grew up in Mandurah.. Well, next suburb over before my lucky escape. My Mum lives in Mandurah though... Hopefully Candice can find the 2% of hot guys that aren't deadbeats and bang them good.

It may be a hard task so I would say she should just make out with his best friends haha
Lawson lives in Mandurah but I'm pretty sure candice's family live in Kelmscott area, her sister went to the same school as mine

Lawson is demonstrating how emotionally immature he is in dealing with relationships. He's only 23, but it's still shitty behaviour.

He met is girlfriend at 18, so the odds were against them that they would last in the long term. It was probably the first serious relationship for both of them, so for Lawson to do this so publicly is so insulting and I hope this doesn't cause any damaging effects to his girlfriend's view of men or relationships.

This "relationship" between Lawson and Cat is equally unlikely to last in the long term. Besides the age difference between them, they're in isolation right now and feelings seem much more amplified than reality. When they both leave the house (at different times) it will be a huge shock.

Lawson, through his stupid behaviour will end up without his girlfriend and his mistress. 23 year old blokes make lots of mistakes but he's making his with the whole country watching.

Maybe since they didn't get nominated, they feel this is their best strategy?

I remember Tully and Drew very clearly last year and I believe they loved each other in the house, but it was just a fantasy in a fantasy world and didn't last more than a few months.

No way Cat and Lawson are really in love and no way they last more than a month outside the house.
It is the whole "summer camp" syndrome. You should never screw around at camp.

Almost didn't bother checking the OS; but it now has this to say:

A heated makeout session leads to L-bombs being dropped - along with fellow Housemates' jaws.

Cat and Lawson Exchange "I Love You's" and Public Pashes

A heated makeout session leads to L-bombs being dropped - along with fellow Housemates' jaws.

Last week, Cat and Lawson declared they would do their best to be "just friends" and avoid each other in the House in order not to cross any lines. This week, the lines no longer exist as the two shared passionate kisses and said they loved one another.

Away from their fellow Housemates, snuggles on the bed turned into a heated makeout session, as Lawson (who is in a five year relationship outside the House), leaned in and began a passionate embrace with Cat. Lawson cupped her face with his hands while Cat ran her fingers through his hair.

But after concealing their previous kissing session in the Sanctuary, this time, the kiss did NOT remain secret - and what their Housemates have to say about it will ensure the House is more explosive than ever!

Be watching tonight to see the fallout of the kiss that has EVERYONE talking!

I hate the both of them and what they represent. Especially Lawson. I mean Cat isn't really betraying anyone BUT she's definitely showing all of Australia her remorseless self.
They have all the horrible characteristics any human can possess - they were extremely selfish to do this and completely inconsiderate of how an innocent woman would be left feeling after all of this.
Even if Lawson has heard Candice has broken up with him he shouldn't have jumped right onto Cat.
I feel so sorry for this girl who trusted her boyfriend to behave on national tv but is now humiliated in front of her family and friends.
Any guy who is THIS selfish and greedy and has no conscience doesn't deserve to be in a relationship.
It doesn't really take that much self control to be loyal to the person you love.

I'm glad people like this show their true sides... it makes others be careful on who to trust and know who to avoid.

Cat and Lawson will NOT make it on the outside and Lawson will end up losing 2 major things, a girl who probably really loved him and any chance of winning this year.

23/being young is a load of crap. I'm 20 and I'm capable of staying true to someone and having dignity, I'm not sure why Lawson is using his age as an excuse for making mistakes like this.

Shit people will always be shitty, even when they are 70 years old, age wont change them.

Did they just refer to them as CLAWSON as well?

They have called them Clawson before.

So here's another scenario... What if Lawson has been in the diary room and accepted BB's offer of money to a HM to self-evict, and then gone to the bedroom to tell Cat first? And their conversation turns to how much they'll miss each other, and this is a goodbye kiss?

And the 'what happens next' could be the other HM's finding out about Lawson self-evicting, and they're divided over whether they think he should have done it or not?
You might be onto something here. It does seem like the two events could be related. It would make sense for the "i love you" and the kiss as being a goodbye.

I don't defend the behaviour, I really just don't take sides in this kind of thing. I'm not into placing my moral compass on other people. To me it is interesting to watch. This is a tv show after all. The fact he has a girlfriend on the outside is fascinating to see how cheating happens. I find people the utmost hypocrites to be absolutely trashing them for their behaviour, but then hanging out for news about it, or re-watching videos to figure out if they really kissed or what happened, etc. Don't be a hypocrite. admit that you are a voyeur and deal with it. Hold your judgement for those people you know IRL who are cheaters if you must have a moral panic, otherwise get on with it.

Me, I'm not going to pretend that this isn't as exciting and interesting to watch as it is!
