I just belatedly saw that Josh Thomas was nominated for Best Actor in Please Like Me. He really showed his range on that one, playing the character of 'Josh'.

Love Josh and this show.
Did you know this sweet little show has been nominated for an Emmy, lots of GLAAD award noms, and nominated and won a stack of aussie awards that are more prestigious , writing/directing/acting AACTAs, and other industry awards that aren't as weird as Logies.

Grant Denyer is a great host, who knew, he really suits Family Feud, it is entertaining fluff. He just annoyed me mostly before on 7 - they treated him like crap.
Did he really have drug issues or was that slander and they just wore him out ???He must feel vindicated winning logies and popular, suck that 7.

UK Has Got Talent - 100 voices, awesome performance last night.
UK Got Talent, is the only one that is fun to watch, they have a lot of variety and a lot weird but cool stuff.

We just seem to have a few singers and a bunch of losers.

It also has by far the best panel of any reality show - has really benefitted from consistency over the last few years which has helped the ratings hold up.

In contrast The X Factor has changed it's panel every year since 2011 and ratings have fallen quite dramatically - this year though they're going back to the best panel they've had in recent years with Louis Walsh, Sharon Osborne and Nicole Scherzinger all returning to sit alongside Simon Cowell.

OMG. I have no idea if anyone else watches US The Voice but I'll spoilertag it just in case.
the girl who played Curly Sue in that movie years ago, and she's really, really good.

Hearing Sonia on the Voice is giving me PTSD to CH9 BB. Sonia said the word save. I think I'm gonna cry
I only saw it for the first time tonight. Most disconcerting. Like, what are you doing standing between those two singers? Shouldn't you be having a conversation with your ear piece? Damn it!

I only saw a bit. Wooden with lots of teeth and lip... as in fake, plumped lips on a near 50 yo lip. Jessy J went off script with Sonia and requested to speak to a producer on air...If looks could kill. Suddenly it was all gritted teeth and straight lips from Sonia..."Can we have a producer please?" Grrr. How dare you mess with my control and bypass me, bitch. Grrr.

Anyway, Jessy wanted to take 2 through as a duet rather than giving one the boot. Then all was forgiven and Sonia was back to fake smiles again. But I digress.

@bleachy_dude
I've finally got back into season 2 of Empire and I'm hooked all over again.
Haha about time dude.

I'm a few episodes behind at the moment. It's such a well written show. My only disappointment this season is that it seems to have a little bit less of a focus on the music. I'm not sure whether this is just my perception or not, but it seems to have less songs per show. I guess it would be hard to be writing songs week in and out.

Dinner Date (9 Life) Now I've heard it all. The guy is asked what his occupation is. A bulter in the bath.
BUTLER IN THE BATH?

Restaurant Impossible on Food Network channel now.
Its gut-wrenching stuff!
Figuratively and literally!

I'm so sad that Penny Dreadful has ended! Eva Green is amazing. I need her on my TV. She's in that new Miss Peregrine movie so that'll have to tide me over.
