Mud, I've been watching Phryne Fisher. Enjoying it too - but have you tried the books? They are even better.

Oooooooo I adore Revenge, is sassy and slick. And the good Wife is excellent.

Now I just peeked at the news and see ACA has stooped beyond low - all that salacious gossip they have been
spruiking, **** they have finally totaly lost it.
Did you see what this item was about, and could they at last get a good kicking in a backlash for this tasteless crap????

No I didn't but you can tell us all now can't you? Seriously I'm trying to avoid those shows. But it's on in the background and the really selacious ads suck me in every now and again.

Am loving Revenge...so glamorous and so vicious. Bring on the shenanigans.

Yup am watching Phrynne Fisher..mainly for the clothes. Am still waiting for a hunk guy( a la Hugh Jackman) to sweep her off her feet. Instead she is sleeping with crooks and desperadoes . :D

I would love to know how they come up with names for characters because Phrynne is just such an unusual kind of name.

I missed the very beginning "why did the dark haired lady played by Madeline Stowe (yum) frame the girls father for something?

And howcome many years later when she's all grown up dark haired lady hasn't aged much, if at all? That stretches the story a bit for me because let's see some 20 or so years have passed..
 
Some of the comments on Dancing With The Stars tonight are a bit dodgy.

Helen (to the Russian dancer) : "I don't know how good your English is, DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?"
Todd : "I feel like I'm watching SBS"
 
That was actually quite funny, you had the Russian/Mel B/Noll - all stumbling with the English language and Todd's head exploding.
By the way Todd was fabulous on AGT guest judging, again he looked like his head might explode, so much better than fat ****.

Did KAK do something again to get more airtime? I got bored and switched to some show about take-away v home cooked food.

Woohoo - fasten your seatbelts for heaps of REVENGE, yeah it's on tonight and Wednesday, who is that getting shot, squeeeeeeeeeee I love this show!

Muddy, the author is Kerry Greenwood who has written the Phryne Fisher Series along with several others. I also love her Corrina Chapman series. Totally different to Phyrne. I actually don't own any of her books and have borrowed them from 2 different libraries. Any library would have them and any book store I would imagine. They're also available as Ebooks. I recommend you give them a go.

If you're watching it via Ch7, whenever an ad comes on, close your eyes, block your ears and sing something.

I just say the ad for tonight's one and spoils a rather big point of the whole episode.
