According to TV Tonight, Rob Mills will host the new YTT. I quite like Millsy, and think he'll be a terrific host.
I have to strongly add my disapproval (along with all the posters at TV Tonight) about The Graham Norton Show coming to Ten. It NEEDS to be on the ABC!!!! The brilliance of that continuous flow of conversation and laughter being interrupted with commercial breaks is too horrifying to contemplate - it will just kill the whole feel and momentum.
Oh, and interestingly, no It's A Knockout mentioned at the launch.
Great to see Ten will give The Renovators another season though, and the TBL is going back to singles.
Hopefully if they are reading the forums they can tweak The Renovators format slightly, I am so wanting to enjoy it but it's not yet doing it for me but I will persist with it.
I like watching Conan.... And Craig Ferguson, though the shows he did in Paris were boring just sitting around a table talking . And they showed them out of order....First the Paris show then the week after the show BEFORE that and they were talking about going to Paris..
But most of these shows follow the same format, it's the hosts that either make or break the show.
Does anyone know what time the Late show with David Letterman is filmed. I ask because quite a few times when they go outside of the studio it's still sunlight..

I can't stand Letterman, but what was even worse was when Steve Vizard did his Letterman impersonation show back about 15 or so years ago. That was really bad.
Aww. I loved Tonight Live. I used to make my brother tape it so I could watch it before school the next day. I loved when Richard Stubbs used to host it of a Friday. His opening monologues were always so funny.
Richard used to be funny...Steve wasn't though..at least I didn't think so. He was so obviuosly trying to be Letterman, although I don't think Letterman was on AU tv at the time, we saw his show when we were in Hawaii, that it was just an awful immitation. Maybe if I hadn't already seen the Letterman show I might have thought differently.
Did you like Steve in Fast Forward, wynter? I think I was a bit obsessed with him. I remember going to school, reciting Steve's parts in the previous night's sketches. I still have a nostalgic fondness for him when I see him on the 7PM Project.
