The Bachelor Australia 2015

FINALLY all caught up. I am also on the Sam-hate bandwagon now. I don't mind if he doesn't choose Heather because his connections are stronger elsewhere - that's fair enough - but when he gave his reason for getting rid of her - I'm mad that he took Heather this far if he genuinely thought it was more friendship than romance all this time, instead of letting her go early like Jacinda and Bec. Also mad that he said sweet things to her like "I may not be able to get rid of you", etc. if the friend zone thing has always been an issue at the back of his mind. You just don't say things like that, man.

I agree with you. I honestly am surprised he didn't send her home last night. There was also the "friendzone" thing which was fed to us by both Sam and the producers. I question as to how genuine he actually felt about the relationship and wonder if he actually led her on during the single date. It is all for ratings. I find that The Bachelor Australia is becoming more like the "mothership" they just need to add the rose ceremony music from the American version to have it exactly spot on. Oh and off topic I do like your username.

Like it was brought up tonight, she begged him to not take her through the family dates if he wasn't sure about her. I don't think she could be any clearer. And yeah he did feed us the friend zone stuff, so he obviously knew. She even opened up about her past and all, and knew how big a deal it was for her, but there she was standing there rejected and completely dumbfounded. He couldn't even for her a straight answer. I am off him after that.

I hold hope for Sarah and snezena. If it's lana then whatever people complained about last year, I will be the same for this years I think

Who knows, the producers would have had a big hand in it too. Clearly Heather is a good sport, and wants TV/film industry work. You never really know what goes on behind the scenes (i.e. 'cast management'). And the way she's carried herself with media scrutiny since...definitely done herself proud. UNLIKE some of the others.

I find it confusing to see how people getting emotionally invested in other people. Best to be cold and distant i think so you don't get hurt.

Yes one hearsay was him flirting and trying to pick up (I can't remember what date but between the end of the show and the actual airing) and it isn't the only thing around the web about him acting single either.

Wow if that is true I'm glad Heather got out and I also feel sorry for whoever ends up with him.

Honestly I feel what Sam did was stupid. I think as a male watching the show if I was The Bachelor I'd want the girl who wanted to take things slower. Friendship is the best foundation for a relationship and I think Sam seems the type that likes to rush into something and Lana is the proof of that. I also don't get the reason they always seem to go for a guy with a 6 pack. I think it'd be more interesting having an average guy on one season.

I noticed tonight that almost all the families were hostile toward him (obviously not overt but the energy was like that of a lion protecting its cubs).
I watched a couple last year and I didn't get that vibe, only Louise's dad.
 
Oh well, Heather. You opened yourself up, you let Sam see your vulnerable side but he still tossed you aside like a stray pancake. Let that be a lesson to you to never ever be open with your feelings ever again and to always be closed and unavailable to the possibility of love or even friendship.

He definitely was grilled tonight. I don't thing the families approved of him that much tbh.
