Here's the thing....Heather did a few things in her white rose date that made me think they were doomed.

She jelly wrestled (this means they're touching each other and the physical intensity has no time to build, this might seem silly but its true).
And when she came to his door, when he opened the door his face was 'wtf are you doing here?'.

So that laid the groundwork then she was saying 'dude' and 'man' and yeah it all unfolded.
And then he started to have to reassure her.
She's not done anything wrong but it showed they're completely different people that don't match at all.
She needs a guy with the complete opposite courting style.


I know you guys loved them together but it was never going to work.
 
Definitely ... I'm not into making comparisons between the other contestants themselves but rather what i see as their relationships with Sam. It is his choice and Heather acknowledged all along that she may not get to the end .. she hadnt expected to ... but she said she begged him not to put her through the family visit thing ... he did ... she put it all out there in her usual style .. forthright honest and genuine ... and he trampled over that

The fact i dont see true substance in Lana's relationship with Sam makes me angry at him for that ... but thats down to him thinking with his 2nd brain ... its not down to Lana or Heather

This is why I prefer to watche the American version, shown months and sometimes years after the fact on Go! You get all worked up about it, and maybe over the moon with joy for the final couple who are so in lerve - then you go online and blow me, they've split up three months later and are both accusing the other of being a lousy lay, liar, leech, cheater, and a fame whore.

I was around this stunned and upset when the Heather of last year, actress Jess, got the boot. But Heather was a lot more endearing than Jess who overdid the breathy attraction. Ya can't win.

Also, Blake, while a totally different physical type, was also a total labrador. They really need to vet these guys a bit more for IQ and EQ, and common decency wouldn't go astray. Or maybe that would ruin the show. It is one heck of a franchise, long may it roll.

Its all well and good to say that but what's to say Lana is the second choice, she'll be hurting as well.
This is disappointing for women, we don't need another woman to blame... Sam is responsible for his behavior and his alone.

Yeah I don't think that part's right either, I wasn't upset with him for not feeling what she was, it was the fact that he showed others earlier on much more respect than he did his supposedly amazing friend.

I think the attraction is Snez.
Lana is...exactly what she said herself, he wants to be like her.
Mature, accomplished and wordly at a much younger age than him.
But no he hasn't questioned their compatibility.

I think Snez...kid...WA...he's a business owner... Too much to overcome.
Send her home much earlier... Call her and date in private if its real.

I stand by Sarah as the best choice, but I'm guessing he'll miss his chance with her.

Heather on 96.1, the edge.

She is obviously amazing!

She said that lana is a sweet girl and so funny, she also said along the lines of that people shouldn't blame her for her not being there, it's not in her.

She can't say who won but said thatSarah is such a beautiful girl.

The rest was just heather handling mikey really well.
 
I haven't watched last night's episode yet (due to a family medical emergency), so I have to wait til tonight to catch up, aaargh!
 
I don't think that Sam was overly confident of him and heather ever working out romantically and I feel he was going further and further with her to make his mind up. Unfortunately he had to let her go. Ended up watching it to where he's walking to Snez on the beach.

Yep but the thing is. We have seen with other interactions and rose ceremonies that when he knows, he knows.

So he should have done it earlier and nicer.
But look I doubt he could control the Rose ceremony he may have insisted and they refused.
It was a bachelorette moment.

So now I'm confused about who will be going next.

I keep thinking surely he wouldn't have kept Snez if she wasn't going right to the end.
So I'm thinking she won't go next.

But I'm split between Sarah and Lana - part of me thinks Sarah might be going.

Do YOU see maturity in Lana?

I see it in Sarah much more so. I see her as being his best bet out of the three at a decent relationship - I think the other two both have their own needs out of the relationship - and neither one's first need is Sam.
At least Sarah was honest and upfront enough to tell him my timeline for kids etc seems different to yours but please don't make that the reason to end this

If he doesn't choose Snez they have BOTH put Eve in the headlights of the public ... and dragged her father's past & present into the headlights along with her. Unfair. Unwarranted. I think that any children involved should NOT be included in the filming - YES do the introduction - YES explore that ... but not in front of cameras and not for public consumption.

If a grandparent is not allowed to take a photo of her grandchild at swimming pool on their first swimming lesson (happened to a co-worker - staff came over and told her NO photos allowed ) HOW is this exposure ok for Eve?
