PS Heather is the complete opposite of an ugly cryer lol.
I'd agree cept I feel like showing Sam meeting Eve is end game...Snez.

As a complete outsider isn't the fact they're showing the whole meeting with the child because she's the only with a child? Like is it such a big deal?
I think it's because Osher (the show's host) originally said that we wouldn't be seeing her because you have to be really careful about putting children on television. I'm very doubtful they'd put her on there unless they felt they needed to (make the ending more believable/realistic because people have seen Sam with Snez's daughter).
Just caught up from WA...
Well if Heather is going next, they certainly laid the groundwork well in this episode. I like Heather but at this stage of the game when she's still calling him "man" it does annoy me and make me think she dug her own grave. It is rather odd though that the friendzone thing went away for quite a while - their 2nd date was great, and she looked so happy after themysterious cocktail party conversation last week - and now there's a 180 degree turnaround in the vibe between them. Feels like there's a bridge missing.
I agree with your comment about Heather thinking her place was secure. I've thought that from the beginning and as she kept getting first roses or very early roses in ceremonies, it was made easy for her to think like that.Wow, so I’ve finally caught up…a lot to digest there.
That whole episode was kinda awkward…ironic because they all spent so much time talking about how it’s not awkward lol. I think because playing all the dates right after one another it gives an odd sense and you do realize that Sam is saying the same things over and over again. I think they handled the “speed dating” thing much better with the editing last year. In fact the whole editing for tonight was odd. In the preview at the start they showed both Nina and Heather talking to Sam at the cocktail party but then they made it a point on the show that they didn’t. weird. And Sarah all of a sudden was getting a bit of a bitchy edit about Lana and she’s never seemed anything but sweet. Very odd. Knowing she and Lana are both in the final 3 I really hope they’re not planning on throwing her under the bus to help ease the reaction if Sam chooses Lana.
It’s sad with Sam and Heather because their relationship hasn’t progressed and I think it’s because they’re both completely clueless to the real issue and to their own involvement in that. Heather’s walls in regards to physical intimacy with Sam seemed to pop up a while ago (always having her leg between them, etc) and it coincided with falling for him. Knowing that’s made her vulnerable (and she seems to have some serious childhood baggage) I think she needs some kind of gesture from Sam to let those physical walls down. However it hasn’t come and I think it’s because Sam is simply under the impression that she's the only one at fault for trying to push them into the friendzone. I don’t think he actually realises how hard she’s fallen or considered the possibility that that’s made her vulnerable and shut off physically. The "dude" thing for me is a defensive thing but I think Sam only sees it as her friend zoning them. It kills the intimacy but not because she wants to. That part of the fault comes back on Heather because she doesn’t show Sam that there’s a lot more under the surface in terms of her feelings. She’s told the audience but she hasn’t told Sam. I get the impression that she thinks her place is pretty secure (or did until tonight) and doesn’t think she needs to give him anything else and put herself out there to get crushed until she knows she’s the one – but that kinda goes back on Sam because up until this point he’s made it very easy for her (first roses, on all the dates, etc).
It’s kinda sad because there was a lot of potential there but they didn’t get on the same page when they needed to.
Sorry about my long post - I can't believe I wrote that much about the Bach haha - but it just became apparent what I think has gone wrong for Sam and Heather tonight. I'm happy I got to see that because now i'll understand her leaving.
Now off to read your commentaries which I sadly had to miss tonight.
I'm so confused how this will go. I think lana, but is it possible that they are pushing the lana thing to make it appear that way?
That's what I'd like to assume. But in saying that, the edits showed the girls seeming threatened by lana... Scrap that, it's edited that way. They want that. That actually would make sense. My gut is telling me they're pushing Lana hard to distract while Snez wins. I just can't see Sam taking Snez to the final dates and then not picking her. He'd be public enemy number #1.
Still though, weird edit towards Lana tonight so she might win.
I think Sam is in two minds about Snez and him meeting her daughter will do a lot to help him decide which way he wants to go. I honestly feel that he is not thinking about public enemy stuff. I mean remember how surprised he got when Jacinda, Bec, Ebru got upset over the groundhog date. He has shown that he can be careless towards other people.

I think its low putting Eve on the show if he's not already 100% committed but I think Snez wants a modelling contract for her daughter ... she posted a beautiful shot of her daughter on instagram with the # kids fashion ... I thought we saw Snez saying the bach would never meet Eve unless he'd committed ...
I wonder at the very act of putting your daughter's photo on SM when involved in a very high profile show ... leaving up clues with her full name ... it doesn't take sickos too much effort to find that info and deduce where she goes to school etc
I would be extremely wary of exposing her that way ... and I don't know if its because she's won or because she has ulterior motive
Of course with the ex giving interviews there's been so much more exposure so maybe that's the least of her worries ... but still ... it really makes me uncomfortable
