Really? Each to their own? It would be nice if you applied that kind of open and easy attitude to the woman whose character you attempted to assassinate in your previous post.

Helping? By spreading nasty insinuations and putdowns and stating/implying you knew the real story, etc?

I completely understand. I was never going to post anything and was enjoying the banter on the forum but when everyone started speculating about Snez without knowing the real story I didn't feel like it was right. Both she and her ex have been through a hard time and both adore their daughter. Her ex even has Eve's name tattooed on his arm and there's no way he'd let her move interstate without a fight.

I know these forums are designed for discussion but it's upsetting when people pretend to know someone from pure screen time.

There's a lot more to this story (which hopefully won't make it to press) and my intention here is solely to say don't judge a book by it's cover. I don't know any other of the contestants so for all we know there could be other background stories that don't mesh with the personalities we've been shown.

We have no control over the winner and regardless of who we'd like to win, that was decided months ago. Nothing we say will or can have an effect on it.

I hope that if Snez wins that Sam was informed about the 'background' and didn't make a misinformed decision.

Do you think that maybe you're harboring slight resentment toward Snez because your favourite doesnt appear to be in the running? (And it was a 2 horse race between Snez and Heather at one point?).

I mean...do you actually know her or is this friend of friend stuff?
Either way, share away but nothing I've heard has changed my opinion of her.
And if you ask me..the fact he's spilled to the media will have more of an effect on his daughter than anything Snez has done so far.
 
So basically a lady was once involved with the wrong kind of guy, who found himself in the wrong kind of situations. The lady has made a decision, made a clean break from being involved in that kind of lifetstyle. She has done her best to move on, to provide the best possible life for her daughter, and incidentally applied for a reality tv show, which may be fickle to some, but it's clear her intentions are nothing other than to find a decent partner who would be an important part of her daughter's future.
So.... no tabloid scandal here, she's done nothing wrong, and doesn't deserved to be judged.
 
The contestant investment with fans I've seen this season is like nothing else.
It's reached BB level proportions, I wonder if it's the characters or will next season be the same?
 
At least with the five finalists it is a case of everyone having a favourite as opposed to there being a person everyone detests and wants out. I remember on one of the U.S. Shows an awful girl ended up winning the final rose. Ben and Courtney I think. Their relationship didn't last more than a year.
 
I thought they were saying what they were saying because they clearly are close to Snez's ex or at least people who are 'invested' in bringing Snez down, not due to stanning Heather. We get more than our fair share of weirdo rellies/friends here

Maybe it's the characters? I don't know. I didn't really care who won last year, but I don't think I really liked any any of the contestants. I was super interested in the gossip when it all fell to shit after the finale however.
 
I can't wait for Sam to meet sweet Sarah's :angelic: family. It will probably ever so sweet with like baked cookies and singalongs. I bet they'll find time to even feed the homeless.
