what an idiot Elora was - she basically acted like an arrogant cow with that personality challenge and anyone watching that would have been watching the interactions between the girls more so than the actual results to get more of a clue as to their personalities
Elora just showed she was out for herself and herself only
The others dealt with it with (for the most part) a sense of humour and talking between themselves ...
Colbie was always going to be let down by this - she was way too "stalkery" ... last night she was like a little puppy on that date wanting to please and get attention
People have been criticising Matty on social media for sending Elora home in front of the others - rather than just taking her outside to talk to her and say goodbye privately - well stuff that! She fronted up to him with her hands on her hips and showing a bit of attitude in her stance. The producers would have told him to stay right where he was so they could capture it all if the shit hit the fan ... and then Matty ran after her to have a chat ... I think by that time he was well and truly over her shenanigans
AS IF she was ever going to settle down with him anyway - wouldn't have lasted
oh - and could they have chosen a different James Blunt song - the song (his latest release) is a break up song - so inappropriate. If he didnt have anything better find someone else! <yes i know - budget blah de blah - but geez!> and he sure wasn't impressed that he's singing and being ignored whilst they snog on the dance floor. "Go on then" ??? wtf was that supposed to mean? the equivalent of "FFS Get a room people!!??!!"
So these home visits look like they're going to be a real blast - WHY do the producers have to provoke the families into being really horrible and rude - imagine if that's the first impression you have of your "future inlaws" - you'd run a mile and keep running into the sunset!! In the promo one guy bluntly calls Matty a liar - who really would do that when first meeting a new partner of your sister? I think its Tara's brother ...
anyway - looking forward to the show tonight - still think its a final with Elise and Laura ... like them both ... like Florence too ... not that keen on Tara - not sure she's 100% somehow ... more there for the fun rather than a real interest in a commitment ...
and the more I see of Sophie and the promos the more I'm changing my mind and will watch at least the first ep of the Bachelorette ...
but please - no more parting her hair in the middle and doing a blonde Morticia Adams look
