TBL Families

I hate peas and haven't eaten them since I was last forced to at about six years old. Glad to know I'm cutting out carbs. I have a bit of a weakness for potatoes, but who doesn't. Red meat I can take or leave, I'm one of the only people I know who doesn't enjoy a steak.
I love peas and potato but am cutting down on carbs, especially potato and bread. I've written a list of vegies I like that have less than 10g per 100g of that vegie. I chose potato and bread as a sandwich or toast or hot chips are easy to get hold any time, whereas pasta and rice I think more of as a main meal type of thing, if that makes sense. I love red meat too but haven't had a decent steak in ages.

This show must be dragging through December. They are bringing back 3 eliminated contestants this Sunday. I'm tipping for the finale to be on december 15th or December 22nd.

I found it interesting that Michelle was horrified when Tony confessed to eating red meat, potatoes and peas. Does that mean those things are off the menu entirely? Because I can't imagine them bingeing on those things, Pablo's birthday muffins would be a more likely culprit.

Her reaction was over the top. I HATE all this food shaming that goes on everywhere. Food is not clean or dirty. You should never use food or exercise as a punishment. It just sets up all kinds of feelings of guilt and disapointment and people end up hating themselves for it. Adros idea of avoiding family events was a load of crap. Eat for nourishment, eat for enjoyment. Just be mindful of how much you eat and go the healthier option whenever you can.

They ate red meat and peas FFS. It's not like they ate a whole cow every day for a week. If they are going to have success outside the house, they need to be able to eat a muffin or big meal on occasion. Thats life.[DOUBLEPOST=1448225483][/DOUBLEPOST]Moses and Sam looked amazing!!

If three eliminated contestants come back, I guess the eliminated Jofre will be one. Please let one of the others be Mel, and I wouldn't mind seeing Ali back either, she's a strong competitor.

Terrible journalism in The Advertiser today, proving they don't even watch the show.

Reporting on Jodie's engagement :
"Jodie has competed on the series with her twin sister Melissa, and parents. While both parents have been eliminated, the family holds high hopes for the sisters to be able to lose weight under trainer Shannan Ponton."

Agree 100% with all of this! Well said.

Tony was such a drama queen tonight. Bungs on an act like he's going to have to quit or something, then after the break his big revelation is that in the 24 hours he was gone he didn't succumb to his junk food temptations and he's still greedy for the win. Good one Tone.

I hope the three that come back are Mel Cliff and Jodie/Ali/Sam. I'd like the whites and blues to be given one more chance to really come back and take out the jofres.

Poor Mel, she doesn't have a hope in a challenge like this. Wasn't she wonderful in her encouragement of Jodie though, surely the biggest downer in BL history?

It will be interesting on Sunday. Tonight wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion. If Tony doesn't get in, it will throw the Jofre's for a loop.

Part of me hopes he doesn't, even though I think that's unlikely. I think maybe Sam will be one who gets back. I'd like Ali to come back in but only to annoy them, I didn't find her personally that likeable.

Well we already know Sam gets back in according to the promo for Sunday and they tried to throw us off by making us think that Tony doesn't get back in by Rob saying in the promo 'Where's Tony?'. I am thinking Sam and Ali walk in first and then Tony comes in behind them from around the corner. I have watched too many of these show to fall for these types of editing tricks.

Ahh, I haven't watched the last episode yet, they hadn't started the challenge in what I've seen. I just assumed Tony would win and haven't seen a preview for the next show.

God, that would be a horrible result. I guess it's not a personality contest, but Sam, Ali and Tony are all obnoxious.
