Survivor Second Chance

Was Wentworth such a sassy biatch first time around? The display at the end of tribal council coupled with a direct association with Ciera and Abi is certainly not going to win any friends in a final vote. Well, unless the only other options to vote for are Ciera and Abi LOL. :p

She was pale blonde wallpaper on Blood v Water, complaining in listless fashion with nothing to back it up about how her father was crippling her game. I really didn't like her much then and wouldn't have minded if she went home, idol in pocket, last tribal.

Ciera going home would've been better.

I view all three women as cannon fodder to keep my fellas, Keef, Joe, and Spencer, safe!

I agree, there were far more interesting characters in the running that could've been picked for Second Chance.

Great ep! But you guys, this wasn't a blindside, it was an idol play. A true blindside is when one alliance gets outplayed by another by a defection or deceit.

Still a lot of dross players to go yet. Feels like this season will go forever!

Wikipedia says the vote was 9 to 3! They could have split their vote (comfortably) and didn't through hubris and overconfidence. Doesn't that make it a little bit blindsidey?

I am really loving this season. (I think this is the season Jeff should've way overhyped, rather than the Merica one, but I guess he learnt his lesson there.)

It helps that they have a new location and that it is so lush and green and filled with amazing wildlife. The camera work is a delight - even if it was all arseholes left, I would still be enjoying each ep just for the beauty of it.

But so many people I really like are still there. (No more Woo! is sad. I will miss Savage, and still miss Varner.) It is fantastic that Spencer got to stay this long, and is now in a nice little nest I hope for a while. Ditto, fantastic to see Joe in a somewhat better position than on his vile season. God I hated Merica. So good to see Keef again. I like Tasha a bit less than I did on Cagayan, but it's still good to see her play.

Some dick I don't much like will probably win. But it is so beautiful, and the gameplay is varied - I hate it when it drags on, with the obvious person in the strong alliance winning. (Merica, again.) And monkee! makes it all worthwhile.

I say he was robbed because I liked him, and would have preferred him staying in longer than some other.

He came in 4th, how much longer should he have stayed???

Anyway, as satisfying as last Tribal Council was to see Savage's smug ass voted out, I'm still not enjoying this season at all. Kelley and Ciera did a good job last episode but they're still really scrump and basic and are trying way too hard, Tasha and Jeremy and Joe are painfully boring, people I was excited to see like Kelly and Kimmi are invisible in the edit, and Spencer and his edit are so fucking awful I can't even begin to get into it.

I haven't been posting in this thread much(Even though I started it:D) but I've been watching every episode and I am starting to really enjoy this season. I was disappointed that Woo and Kass left in consecutive weeks but I think this season is building into something special and last weeks blindside of Savage will set up a post merge of crazy, entertaining game play with some big, exciting tribal councils.

I didn't like Kelley Wentworth the first time she played and didn't vote for her to play in survivor second chance but credit to her for coming out and playing to win like she said she would as opposed to sitting back and flying under the radar.

I really don't like Ciera. For some reason, she's some sort of icon for a lot of people. I remember in her last season she was considered amazing and hawt on Whirlpool...

I think her gameplay is really bad this season, loads of shooting self in the foot to get herself into the position she is now in - but other people on other sites I read seem to think it is real feisty!
