Ryans sister is really pretty
They have such good genes but in this case I think his sister is better looking that him!

I love that he is so protective, I don't have a brother but I think that's a great characteristic for a brother to have, to care so deeply about your their sisters and be protective of them.

I feel like I shouldn't like Ryan because of some things on the board and because I also like Skye, but I do. I like him. The only time I haven't liked him was the fight with Skye, but even then after he talked about depression, I realized I may have misconstrued the argument he had with her and he was just on the defensive because he does suffer. He doesn't come without his flaws, like I do think he is a bit of an over reactor, the stuff with travis was just ridiculous imo. But to say any hm is without fault and has not been wrong is a lie anyways. Ryan has made me laugh and he is quick witted and he is also a smart arse- I like that! I can see the really funny side of him appealing to the hms so why are we not been shown this, kind of annoys me. I'm glad he was saved in all honesty. He has opinions on issues and not just another person who cares to just be a fence sitter, I think he is needed in the bb home.
I shouldn't like him either considering the whole him and Priya thing but he didn't even nominate her last night so this week he's ok hahaI feel like I shouldn't like Ryan because of some things on the board and because I also like Skye, but I do. Really though, he reminds me quite a bit of Drew who it took me ages to warm up to. He's sarcastic, funny at times, doesn't have much patience for immaturity. He just doesn't have a Tully thankfully but once she left is when I could finally appreciate Drew. I suspect we're not being shown most of his funny stuff because like Dion said, 20 hours a day the stuff they're talking about isn't family friendly so they know it won't be aired and that's probably where Ryan's humour lies. Or at least his potty mouth.
I wouldn't spend $ to save him but I can think of at least 5 people off the top of my head I'd prefer see go him before him.

Sam did say that a lot of his jokes are really dirty so that's why they aren't being aired. It's a shame we don't have at least one late big brother where they can air this type of stuff.
Oh I never saw it, but yes, you're right, I do see the drew comparison! I use to think that it was Ryan thinking he is above it, but really if you put me in a home full of people, I'm bound to get annoyed sooner or later and my frustration's will become impossible to hide. I can see why he gets annoyed with skye for example.
I like Ryan and I will start defending him more I think because I kind of think the meth thing is just stupid now and offensive, but I wont actually put my money where my mouth is ha

I like him too. Pretty much from week 1, but growing over time with little snippets shown here and there. Like Katie trying to have a bitch session and asking him “who annoys you in here” but instead he responded, “I’ll tell you who I do like…” and turned it into a positive conversation. Or giving advice to David when he upset Sandra. Things like that…
I also enjoy his quick wit, and am glad we’re starting to see more if it.
There have been moments that could have been handled better, and he’s not without fault, but for now he’s definitely up there for me (maybe top three or four). I’ll even admit to throwing a sneaky vote his way last week lol.

Yeah it'd be awesome to have at least one adult show a week. Even bloody online if they had to behind an 18+ barrier. So frustrating especially when HMs are coming out saying that the majority of their time in there is R rated chat. No wonder we get the crap we do in the daily shows.Sam did say that a lot of his jokes are really dirty so that's why they aren't being aired. I think I'd be the same as Ryan when it came to dealing with Skye and Travis. They don't cook and clean, they're very loud, quite immature compared to the other HMs, even Aisha. I don't dislike them but I think I'd snap if I had to live with them. I could handle them in small doses but not 24/7 in a share house with no escape. Jake mentioned in the same interview when asked the same question as Dion "What’s the one thing going on in the House we don’t know about?" that "Ryan is a housemate. He’s quite a big character in the House and he’s one of those people who is in every conversation."
And Jake left quite early so it just shows how much we've missed because who would've thought that in week 3 when Jake went home?!
We sure as hell never saw any of that! I was still legitimately struggling to remember his name at that point.
Here's the whole interview with Jake, Dion, Lisa and Katie if you hadn't read it yet... it's actually quite interesting. http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2014/10/spotlight-on-big-brother-evictees.html
Thanks for that... It would be so weird watching it as a former hm and thinking, what is going, why are they not showing this, how come she is getting the good edit etc. Must be a bit of a letdown in some ways, but then again, they signed on to this knowing that the show will choose to air what they choose to air I suppose. I have to say I really like Lisa out of the house. BB has taken certain personality traits of hms and focuses on just that imo. They like he one dimensional character preference for whatever reason.Yeah it'd be awesome to have at least one adult show a week. Even bloody online if they had to behind an 18+ barrier. I miss adult content, and not because I'm in desperate need to see hms naked lol (though some of them

I'll take what I can get now though. It's this or no bb at all
I've come to like him, and I didn't think I would. I think as they show more of someone you get a more rounded view of that personality and it can either make you like them more or turn you off them.
I thought he came across as above it all too but now they've shown us just a couple of the annoying things some housemates do constantly I know it would annoy the shit out of me too.
I still can't deal with his constant scratching and picking but I'm trying to overlook that (and his teeth).
If he turns on David though I make no promises haha.

I don't know, but I always had this notion that blonde/blue eyed women look better than men with those features.

I started off disliking him the moment he was on stage I was like...eeeek looks like a jerk probably is, but there's something about his personality that gets likeable with more and more time..
Of course I think if we'd seen more of him first few weeks he'd have more fans but so far what I have seen from him has been totally hilarious and honest.
Also, the guy is such a smart ass... and I think that actually makes him likeable to some people like me and others see it as doucheyness.
I hope him and David get on better and form some kind of bromance, those two would be so funny to watch.

With the majority of his clique having being evicted he no longer has his 'hand-picked' (i.e Sam, Lisa, Katie, etc..) mates who enabled his true douchey persona to come out so please don't be lulled into thinking how he is coming across right now is who he truly is SG.
Ryan has been forced to adapt to changing circumstance and tone down the douchiness that lies within as he is now surrounded by hms who he regularly ridiculed with his now evicted mates. It's no surprise to me that we're seeing a more 'laid back' Ryan.
Make no mistake had Sam and co stayed over the other hms, his bitchiness and condescending aggressive attitude towards hms who were not part of his precious clique would only have got worse.

I like him as well. But feel exactly the same way. And I think he's filthy. FILTHY! but in a filthy good way.

True, he was a shady bitch to begin with. But it made me laugh.

I need to return some video tapes.
He's growing on me. I was a little disappointed that the drama has died down between Travis and Ryan. That was turning out to be quite fun. Also I have noticed since the exit of Sam and Sandra he's attitude has changed quite a bit. Maybe that's why. hmmm.

I like Ryan but his nose picking fetish can take a hike. Sam was a chronic nail biter which was just as bad. Ryan has the kind of intelligence that is subtle, clever and underrated. He's growing on me. I was a little disappointed that the drama has died down between Travis and Ryan. Jason's words on Ryan:
"Ryan is adorable. Not only outside he's beautiful, but he's got the most amazing personality. He is so kind and sincere. And he has gorgeous eyes and a gorgeous V [muscle]"

I'm sure if Jason were to express his thoughts on Ryan through song he would've sang this

(I'd also join him singing this song)
