Ryan appreciation thread

This dude has reminded me of Paul Walker since day 1. Something about his smile.

that first night when he met "travvie" he tried to pull the alpha on travola but failed. I thought that's when he went plan B. I'm almost certain plan B was ....I's going to wait these cunts out and assume alpha dawg status by attrition.
Did he really? I think I missed that :(

When do they usually put on the BB website to vote for HoH? We should all vote for him, which may guarantee him another week?
I just voted, but wondering whether it will really guarantee him another week. I feel as though he's currently flying under the radar and could probably continue to do so, whereas being HOH will draw attention to him and there will be targets on his back come noms. Then again, it would give definitely give him air time, and given what we've seen of him recently, that'll probably be good for developing his fan base.... hmmmmm

Loving Ryan more and more each episode

I find him hilarious without trying (unlike Lawson) , critical as opposed to merely a gossip and handsome without being arrogant (unlike Leo)...

He is also reasonably smart and I agree with the housemates discussion where he was categorised as a 'thinker.' I think Sam and Sandra are thinkers too but I feel Ryan is smarter and being on the edge of that alliance, somewhere between the Sandra/Sam/Ryan triad and the rest of the group is the most advantageous place to be....

He could win it, if he gets more air time and continues to garner audience support....

I really like his demeanour when he dislikes someone or something....He's not overly rude yet honest and contributes something meaningful to the discussion....

He's being quite a gent in this weeks task - I know the money's there but, he's really quite the character
+1
Pretty much said what I have been thinking.
Ryan is quite intelligent, very charming and good-looking. He'd be hard to dislike, and seems to have connections with everyone the house. He's versatile and morphs to the situation he is in, he can be a thinker, a larrikin, "one of the bois" (I'm sure that's how Travis would spell boys), and give solid advice and consoling to others.

What Ryan's dad said in the Sunshine Coast Daily article last month seems to be spot on:
THERE'S a lot more to Big Brother housemate Ryan Ginns than meets the eye, according to his family.
The 26-year-old graphic designer and surfer, born and raised in Mooloolaba, is sporty but also sensitive and intelligent, says his dad, Des Ginns.
"Obviously we know Ryan better than anybody, so I don't expect any surprises from Ryan (while he's on the show)," Mr Ginns told The Daily.
"He's the all-together very intelligent but very caring gentleman. He considers everybody's opinions before he speaks.
"What they (the housemates) don't realise yet is that Ryan is extremely intelligent and extremely well-read. If there's something he doesn't know about then he resources it, studies it and makes his own opinion. If he knows somebody is making something up then he'll pull the facts out."

The threats to Ryan are probably:
1) David - Shrewd and intelligent enough to see through Ryan's charm. Not really a threat to Ryan at the moment because nobody in the house seems to like David enough.
2) Travis - If Travis discovers that Ryan doesn't particularly like him, he may try and get his harem girls (Aisha, Skye, Cat) to vote him out.
3) Leo - If he somehow manages to form a solid position in the house, he'll definitely try and take down Ryan as he'd be wary of Ryan's likeability factor in the house and that Ryan can see through his bulls**t.

In summary, Ryan should win because he is perfect :kiss::kiss: lol

Threat to ryan is being nomed...he knows this...he need the blue light disco vote.

He is dry and funny.

Dry humour to me is alltime.

I said at week 2 hes a man wid a plan. I hope im not wrong. I dumped 4 k on him at silly odds[DOUBLEPOST=1412868099][/DOUBLEPOST]Um its not about the o money (fucking oath it is)

I'd urge fans of Ryan NOT to vote for him as HoH. None of the HoHs so far have come out of it unscathed and letting the HMs know he's popular wouldn't be in his interests. I think if Ryan was playing the US version he'd definately be throwing HoH comps to keep the target off his back.
