Ah, the old crimplene - thankfully all the old stuff seems to have vanished into landfills.

Granny had crimp pants, I don't recall it being stiff, more stretchy. But I'm sure there were different types of the crap. And come to think of it I believe I may have some kind of early swimming costume made out something related to crimp. Hideous.

How far fabric synthetics have come! With bamboo stuff that is like cotton, and the little bit of stretch in everything now - that makes life so much more comfortable, how horrible do old non stretchy jeans feel,hard and heavy and unyeilding.

I won't go into the cut of that dress or that it looks like it's trying to slice through her neck. I agree that it looks like it's badly homemade...by someone who doesn't know how to sew darts. For someone who would have the worlds designers at her feet, why she chose that I'll never know.

And I still hate the coat, I don't care who designed it or how much it costs. Its still ugly.

So ugly - could it be Stella Mac at work? Her kind of ugly, the duchess has avoided fug Stella hasn't she?

For her studio tour however, the mum-to-be teamed her affordable dress with a fitted black Ralph Lauren jacket, her trademark black suede heels and a matching clutch bag.
 
god damn willima getting in the way of what could have been a good bump shot.

Isn't it odd she was wearing a rugged up coat a few days ago and then a sleeveless dress a few days later?

And I read in a mag when I got my hair done last week there are issues in the Mary Frederick household. He's like an over grown school boy and rarely does official engagements and there was something he missed couples went to and poor Mary was on her tod and wasn't pleased about it.
 
Oh yes that's a fabulous look, I adore polka dots.

(I have had an obsession with them since my favourite dress at 5, navy & white spot with navy animal pockets and swhishy skirt)
 
Aww they all look so happy together, it's charming how close Harry & Will are and how Cate is close with Harry too.
