Oh God I don't know what those girls were thinking, especially the pagan goat mask number on the right. You'd put it on and then go "Stuff it, I'm wearing the scrunchie instead".
 
That hat was a piece of marketing genius. Not many knew who Philip Treacy was before that hat, everyone knew who he was afterwards. To this day I believe that hat was intentionally bad to get everyone talking - and it worked.

Well she is used to old fossils perving, her hubbie would be about the same vintage wouldn't he?

She should do more singing and dancing before she gets too old, my Dad saw her when she was about 16 on the London stage and raved about how fabulous she was.

Charles: No, really. Its an ancient right of the Monarchy dating from the time of the conquest. The heir to the throne can claim a boob fondle from any subject female once a year...

Kate: Well ok then. They told me I had to keep with traditions. But only 1 boob, 1 squeeze and for 10 seconds.
