Is Bear G going to help a little old lady accross the road...?
(mind you I've been involved with the scouts for almost 35 years now so who am I to talk..?)
and Bear *really* doesn't know how to roll his scarf decently or properly...

What are those 3 things on the blue background, left, next to the pearl/diamond brooch? 3rd row left pic.
Are they brooches that you line up or something. I think I hate brooches, even the word is daggy. They look Ok on hats, otherwise they are weird.
So I checked, thanks for the link - weird thing is old Queen Mary's stomacher, hmmm.
Titanic-ish period I think, they wore those things starting with choker type stuff then all the way down the front.
Must be fun to play with the royal bling, apparently it's all tricky and you can mix and match and change lots of it around by adding and removing bits and changing pendants and stuff.

They're Queen Mary's stomacher, it's a piece of jewellery that used to be worn down the front of a dress back when women wore corsetted dresses:

yea or you have to regularly wear them or not. like if you rock up to work one day with a random scarf people are like "whaaa..."
I am good at scarves....and hats and gloves...everyhat I have ever worn seems to "suit" me![]()
I'm with you with the hats and gloves, I envy you being able to wear scarves, I find wearing scarves very cumbersome, for some reason.

Maybe you could give lessons Medusa, I'd love to be able to do a scarf. I like the way they look on everyone who knows the secret.
Yes there is a lot to consider...type fabric, weight of fabric, size, length, colour, draping, tying, knotting, fastening, matching outfit...contrasting with outfit etc etc etc
